Plese, god could you give me John just sitting down one moment and realizing or finding out EVERYTHING Sherlock has done for him and was willing to do for him? I'd like him to know that Sherlock killing Magnussen like that was basically the same as jumping of off Bart's just slower and without the secrecy? (have him also find out about the 6 months thing and about what was going on during those 2 years away, please?)I want him to realize fully and with excruciating detail that the man was willing to give up everything including his life twice over now(first time he didn't even know John saw him as his best friend) to keep John and his wife safe, has clawed his way back to life also twice if you squint(once solely to save John) and was readily willing to help Mary - the woman who shot him - not to mention apparently trying to get them back together, just because John chose her. I would then like John to go to Sherlock with this realization still fresh. What happens then? MAke me cry, please, but then make me happy at the end as well, ok?

Oh dear, the third episode has made me so emotional. *sniff*

So in the last few minutes of HLV one of the men Mycroft was talking to said he hoped Mycroft was displaying 'sentiment' for his brothers case. Mycroft reply was that he wasn't fond of brotherly affection, and remember what happened to the last one.

So my interpretation is they had another brother, but we don't know what happened to him.

I've got to idea that you can play on. The first one is that their brother got himself in trouble with some very bad people (please make it more imaginative than gangs please, make him smart)this resulted in his death. But it happened in front of Sherlock, who was only four years old at the time. The incident caused him to stop speaking for years, resulting in him being unable to make friends, and by the time he started talking again (11/12?) he had already accepted he was different and couldn't make friend. You can make this a reason for him being a 'sociopath' too, like in Dexter.

The second was is that the brother was sexually abusing Sherlock, so when Mycroft found out he ordered for their brother to be ether killed, or arested. Sherlock thought their was nothing wrong with what his brother was doing, and didn't understand why his parents were so upset and sent him to therapy and such.


Now for the friendship part; of course, John and Mary find about what happened (maybe by Sherlock parents when at theirs for Christmas) and Sherlock, who figures out they know tells them they can ask about it.

What happens next is up to the filler :)

Because, even though she's freakin' awesome and was clearly enjoying milking the situation, I felt a bit sorry for Janine being played like that. Now, I don't think Sherlock would actually get engaged to her, certainly not after a month, but maybe he wasn't entirely lying when he said he was waiting till they were married.

Basically, I'd like some fluff with those two, even if it's just them being awesome friends. Pairing is cool too.

I recently came across an interesting discussion on Sherlock possibly having aspergers and now I can't get it out of my head. Anything that explores this idea would be fantastic!

Also, bonus cookies if it also explores John or expands on this quote from the forum "In the Asperger's community, it is said that many Aspies will respond very well to having a "guardian angel" who gently and non-judgmentally helps guide him/her through the complexities of social interactions. Any better way to describe John Watson?"

I could well see that (also being misdiagnosed with ASPD/sociopathy; at least one Aspie's autobiography describes wondering if he was something like that because he didn't seem to have/show the 'appropriate' emotions).

Since Sherlock is very adept at playing situations/people, you have to have him as a type that's more common among Aspergers women: learns to handle people through mimicry, but is completely lost when having to 'act like himself' or 'be natural'. He doesn't have any natural filters or boundaries that tell him "No. Just No" when he considers any thought or action.

Can well imagine John being good at explaining when something is A Bit Not Good or Quite a Lot Not Good.

Moriarty/Sherlock, Voice Kink

Thrills of pleasure shot through Sherlock's stomach before he even registered that someone had spoken. That voice...he would recognise it anywhere, and he knew that for a fact. Its gentle whine stroked his spine and the lilt of his accent stirred his stomach. And the voice was saying his name...Another thrill spread warm curls through his stomach.

Sherlock didn't turn around, not yet. He didn't think he could have if he had tried. He could see him without turning, he could see the small man, leaning against the doorframe with his arms and ankles crossed. Without turning, Sherlock could feel his dark eyes, hot and deep, tracing over his body as he sat with his back to the door.

Sherlock couldn't help but to close his eyes and savour the image in his mind, letting the darkness wash over him and waiting for Jim's next words. If he could only hear a few more syllables drip from his mouth, coated in that beautiful, drawling tenor. Just a phrase, stretching and curving through the air, tense and tall...If he could only have that...

"You've been at it for hours, it's so boring</>."

Sherlock couldn't help but to snatch a gasp of the air as those words rushed over him. The words, the words, already, their meaning was lost to him. He left the assignment of meaning to the different letters to a different part of his brain and a later time, letting himself fall into the sound, the tone of them instead. He was a genius after all? What fun was it if he couldn't hand over menial jobs to another part of his brain to deal with?

The way his voice rose, that slight incline reaching up until it crested and pulled on the word 'hours', the sensuous stretch of the word on Jim's tongue. It owned Sherlock's breath until the 's' whispered from his lips to chase goosebumps down Sherlock's arms.

He felt the anticipation of the comma, a flash of irrational desperation and frustration coursing through him to fill the silence that flooded the pause in Jim's speech, until the man finally uttered those four syllables, two up, two down, the words smoothly running into each other, their sounds entwining and rolling through the air.

Sherlock gasped at the tug of Jim's voice on the final word, stretching it out, dropping from his lips in that perfect whining whisper.

Part of his brain was reeling off facts about inflection and accent and tone and attitude, but the facts were slippery and foggy. For the first time, they were distant and unwelcome. Nothing, in that moment, was more important than that small man's voice, reaching across the room to stroke Sherlock's spine, scatter his skin with goosebumps and steal his breath.

And worst of all, he never wanted the moment of utter oblivious bliss to end.

Bond X-over (spoilery for HLV)

Bonus- Jealous John, Q is not related to the Holmes, Mary is either still pregnant or pregnant again and when James first sees her he thinks the belly is fake.

ok, so with all the 'I own mycroft' talk in HLV, I desperately need mycroft/magnussen with magnussen as the toppiest top that ever topped. don't care how it's done - maybe set way before HLV ever happened, maybe magnussen literally wants mycroft instead of just his state secrets, maybe dark!sherlock actually delivers mycroft to him, who knows. would be great to have an emphasis on mycroft's need for personal space and magnussen's tendency towards super creepy intimate touching.

The universe or a certain forces like John Watson, for whatever reason. Or maybe John has the ability to bend the reality to his wishes (unconsciously). After all, what is the probability of an ex-army adrenaline junkie to meet the one person in whole London who would not only satisfy his need for danger but also keep him on the right side of the law (mostly), or meet a woman who actually likes Sherlock and is not scared by their lifestyle?

- Why is she like that?
- Because you chose her.

It is because John chose her that she turned out to be an ex-spy, before that she was an ordinary person. Still clever, still loving, but not a super secret assassin.

Maybe same with Sherlock - brilliant detective without iota of sympathy for others and a drug addiction. But after a while he becomes a "better" Sherlock Holmes, as in John's "better".

Can be anything - slash, het or gen. Any rating. But please, don't make Sherlock an insignificant character, who barely is portrayed in your fill.

In HLV we see how Sherlock is perfectly capable of sustaining a happy, loving, sexual relationship with Janine despite not having any actual feelings for her and only using her for what she can give him.

I want to see an AU where John and Sherlock have never met. John is in a position or has something that Sherlock needs for a case, and Sherlock enters a relationship with John and perfectly emulates domestic bliss with him as he does with Janine in the show.

I will leave it up to the author to decide whether Sherlock grows romantic feelings, platonic-friendship feelings, or no feelings at all. Author is also free to choose what happens when John finds out. Does John eventually forgive and want to continue the relationship? Does he end everything outright? Do they end up as friends? Other possibilities I haven't thought of? Up to you!

So MindPalace!Moriarty's comments about pain being "good, so good" made me really want masochist!Moriarty and sadist!Sherlock.

I'd prefer it if it happened in Sherlock's mind palace, with Moriarty restrained and tied up as he was in the episode. Doesn't necessarily have to be explicitly sexual (though I certainly wouldn't mind if it was), just erotic for both of them. Maybe this becomes the way Sherlock controls his pain, so he comes to him whenever he needs to.

I absolutely loved the Sherlock/Janine interaction in the episode, it was hilarious, John being all WTF!?!? am I seeing??(like us the viewers) it was adorable, but the sitaution was also absolutely horrible in what Sherlockk did to Janine, and then we had that absolutely fabulous hospital scence.

Still even Janine taking her revenge on Sherlock with the articles for the gossip papers she was not cruel. She basically gave Sherlock a repuation as a fantastic shag while she could have been utterly cruel and smashed down his reputation to the gutters if she told the public how he used her.

So give me Sherlock actually reading the interviews where Janine describes him as a sex guru who deduces her wants, needs and kinks before she even knows them, how he is some tantric expert who makes her come seven times a night ect and Sherlock finds that he actually likes the reputation, and deducing someone during sex could be fun.

So Sherlock asks Janine to be his friends with benefits to actually practice all of the stuff she told he could do in the interviews and Janine agrees.
