Spoilers for TEH:

Sherlock discovers that John is in legitimate, immediate danger. Maybe because of a case or some assassin left from Moriarty's network, what have you. Sherlock isn't going to be able to get to John in time to stop John from getting hurt or killed, so he tries to warn him.

Only John doesn't believe him (maybe he and Sherlock had gotten into an argument earlier and John just thinks Sherlock's trying to get John to talk to him again?). The lab in Baskerville, Reichenbach, the bomb in the train car, all of these instances have left John second-guessing Sherlock and he just thinks Sherlock is messing with him or experimenting on him again. John is seriously hurt. Basically I'd like a fic where Sherlock's created some real trust issues with John and they have to work through them. Sherlock/John or John/Mary.

TL;DR John doesn't believe him when Sherlock says he's in danger. John gets hurt, and Sherlock has to work to regain John's trust.

YES! Yes! We need the emotional fallout of broken trust that this show always sweeps under the rug like PTSD and suicide survivor's guilt are just kissitbetter booboos.

Sherlock/John/Mary OT3: Domesticity

Spoilers for SoT:

I just want all kinds of domestic bliss between these three. Like, coming home from cases and the three of them are tired, out of breath and far too pleased with themselves. A heavily pregnant Mary has to stay home, but she kisses both of her boys as they go out the door. (And if someone tries to hurt Mary and ends up taken away by Lestrade beaten and bloody, what those two don't know won't hurt them) Their child having to explain when they're a little child that, no, they don't just have two dads, or a mum and dad, they have a mum and two dads. And of course, Sherlock gives their future boyfriend/girlfriend the most terrifying shovel talk on the face of the Earth.

Johnlock, Nobody Insults Mummy

Connections w/ the "Big Bang Theory"...

Sherlock IS Sheldon in a nutshell... just think about it. Neither are particularly fond of/good at physical contact, neither have any concept of romance (unless it somehow benefits them), and hiding behind their intelligence and using it to mask their real emotions? They're literally like twins from different shows.

So basically, in the newest season of the "Big Bang Theory", Amy is worried that Sheldon doesn't actually love her, only to find out that he put her into his rotation on his screensaver.

I'd like to see Teenage!Johnlock along the same lines. John is very much in love with Sherlock, and the feeling is very much reciprocated, though this isn't often shown. I'd like for Sherlock to do something that just seems every-day run-of-the-mill for him, but means the world to John by way of showing how he really feels about him.

tl;dr Teenage!Johnlock with Sherlock doing something unintentionally sweet that proves his love for John.

Before Sherlock faked his death, Sherlock and John were in a relationship. Now, even though Sherlock still loves John (and maybe vice versa), John's with Mary. Sherlock respects that and, even if it hurts, is willing to resume his place as best friend.

Then, Mary rapes Sherlock. Sherlock doesn't tell John because he knows that it might come across as Sherlock being jealous and is worried that, because of that, John won't believe him, and also because Sherlock knows that John loves Mary and that, even if John believed him, the betrayal would devastate John and he doesn't want John to hurt anymore on his account.

So, Sherlock keeps it hidden and keeps pretending that nothing's wrong and that he likes Mary. Maybe it happens more than once (or not; it's up to the filler). But, somehow, John finds out what happened. How this affects him (breaks him, pisses him off, confuses him, etc.) is up to the filler, but John's fully supportive of Sherlock.

Disregards recent episodes.
Mummy is not human. She's some paranormal entity, a ghost or a demon (not a mummy or zombie!) who managed to find and raise the Holmes' brothers. The reason she's never seen on the show is because Sherlock and Mycroft have realized that she is not entirely sane and quite possible evil. They still lover her (hence the bickering), but they have realized that it's best to keep their visits with her to a minimum, as people tend to die when she's around them.

One day, however, Mummy finds out that Sherlock has a flat mate and blames John for their rift (even though it happened before Sherlock met him). She begins to launch a plan to get the Doctor out of her youngest son's life for good, so she can get her son(s) back.

Sherlock/John/Mary H/C TW: Torture and possible Non-Con

John and Mary wake up in a strange room, both tied up with no idea how they got there. Before they can figure out what is going on, Sherlock is dragged in to the room by masked men, who demand that Sherlock pick either John or Mary to die and then Sherlock and whoever lives will be let go unharmed. Sherlock, of course, refuses, so they beat him, then tell him again to choose. Sherlock keeps saying he won't choose, and every time he refuses his captors punish him. Punishments can be anything the author wants, things like whipping, cutting, strangulation, breaking fingers ect are all fine with me, the only thing I ask is nothing permanently disfiguring eg large burns or limbs being removed. If the author wishes the captors can also rape Sherlock.

Eventually Sherlock, John and Mary are rescued (Mycroft? Lestrade?) and lots of major comfort ensues with John and Mary taking care of Sherlock. Up to the author if Sherlock/John/Mary are in a three way relationship, or if their relationship is as it is in the show.

Faked kidnaping (spoilers for TEH?)

John misses dangers and that adrenaline rush and Sherlock needs to win John's friendship back so Mary plans a kidnapping of John to speed things up before the wedding. Sherlock figures this out. What does he tell John. Is this dangerously playing with their lives or is it the ultimate gift?
(Was thinking of this as a variation of a deleted scene from Private Life of Sherlock Holmes where Watson tries to create a mystery so Holmes isn't bored.)

I realized i wasnt entirely clear... in this prompt John in Bonfire was Mary's setup. She knew code and messages as a ploy to throw of Sherlock for just a bit. John knows nothing. I thought the rescue was a convenient plot device.... now so did Mary ;)

When they were younger, Mycroft's intelligent curiosity got the better of him, and unbeknownst to anyone, he would sometimes use his brother for experiments. At first, it was "innocent" but as he got older and more bored, perhaps some of these turned a bit inappropriate and sexual? This might have resulted in Sherlock's asexuality/aversion to sex and Mycroft probably has a lot of guilt over it (hence his overprotection of Sherlock).

I see a lot of fanfictions with the idea that there's a betting pool in NSY for when John and Sherlock will get together. What if there was a fic showing the progression of their relationship through the various betting days? (i.e. Donovan bets on Jan. 1st. They hold hands.) Bonus points if Lestrade wins the pool.

"I give it a month." Donovan declares as they watch John and Sherlock stroll away from the crime scene, heads bent, deep in discussion.

"You willing to put money on that?" Lestrade asks with a mischievous grin.

Donovan purses her lips, deep in thought. Anderson roots around in his pockets and pulls out two twenty pound notes.

"I'll put forty pounds for the twenty-third of this month they will have kissed." he declares.

"You're giving it two weeks?" Lestrade says in disbelief.

Anderson nods.

"You see the way they look at each other! I wouldn't be surprised if they've already consummated the-"

"Ok, Ok." Sally interrupts loudly. "I'm putting forty quid on the end of next month."

Lestrade nods and turns to Detective Inspector Dimmock.

"Well? You up for some fun?"

Dimmock frowns.

"What are we betting on? How long it will take for Watson to run away screaming?"

Lestrade laughs and shakes his head.

"No. How long it will take for them to get together."

Dimmock raises both eyebrows before taking out a fifty pound note.

"Christmas." He says with a smirk.

Sally snorts.

"That's three months away."

Dimmock shrugs.

"You've seen Holmes and just how oblivious he is to anything that involves someone else's feelings. Come Christmas he'll have realized." he explains smugly.

Lestrade pulls a face and holds out a fifty pound note of his own.

"I'm going to give them until Valentines day."

"Of next year?" Anderson exclaims.

Lestrade nods.

"Of next year." he confirms.

Sally laughs and rolls her eyes.

"Boss, you're not even giving yourself a chance."

I would like an AU where Sherlock is a famous thief and John is in the police and the one following his case and they are just kind of chasing each other around with Sherlock doing the dirty talk deduction each time analysing why the police failed to catch him (or left John a letter w all his fucking brilliant deduction) then there is a time Sherlock sends a warning letter to the police department telling he will come to take JOHN’S RED PANTS (we can imagine what John’s face will be lol) so John is like okay bring it on and wears his red pants because Sherlock will have to step on his body to take the pants too bad for John Sherlock has planned that he would get his hands on both John’s bum cheeks

Can I see a fic where John and Mycroft are a married couple sometime before the show starts? I figure having John as a buffer between the Holmes brothers earlier on might allow for a more amiable relationship. Maybe those Christmas dinners are infamous for entirely different reasons. :)

Now have someone bust in on that. But the twist is that its Sherlock and Mary doing it. Its okay though! John likes to come home to his to most loved people being all romantic together because it makes his heart hurt with the love. But . The person who busts in on that may not know...and it really depends who it is because say its Lestrade? Probably a direct confrontation. Donovan would probably ask John about it first. A fan? Now what would a fan do? Etc. etc How big this gets is up to you but since threesomes aren't really widely accepted I can see why someone like John and Mary (if she works with kids in this) wouldn't want it talked about...

For some reason (alcohol, vulnerable emotional states, actual attraction, etc.) Mary, John, and Sherlock have a threesome. Afterwards, they all decide that it should only be a one time thing. Maybe they all have feelings for one another or one or more has feelings for another member of the threesome, but it's not enough to begin altering the dynamics of their previous relationship. Mary and John get married and Sherlock's still just their friend. Sherlock's fine with this and doesn't intend to persue anything further.
Then, however, John and Mary somehow find out that she's pregnant with twins. And each baby has a different father. They decide that it's not fair to either the baby or Sherlock to pretend that John's the father of both and, as Sherlock's their extremely close friend already and, even if not everyone is in love with each person in the relationship, everyone enjoyed the one night and the easiest way to raise the children together is to just make a three-way relationship.
