At the beginning of HLV, John doesn't just find Sherlock on that matress in the drugs den. He finds him getting fucked by his dealer.
Maybe this is how Sherlock pays for his fix, or maybe he's just too out of it to say no properly.

Greg thought since Mycroft seems to have a whole plank up his arse and the Holmes brothers are in general not too social, that sex would probably be pretty sparse and awkward. It's okay, though, he loves Mycroft, right? After the implosion of his marriage, Lestrade knows what really matters.

However, the first time they get together, Mycroft surprises Greg by shagging him until he's basically seeing stars.

For some reason I have here the very embryo of a plot bunny that I can't nurture. Maybe you guys can do something with it? Sherlock and John on a long road trip, John driving. Sherlock is ill, lying in the back seat, tossing and turning and not quite knowing what's going on. Perhaps he's been poisoned and they're off to mainland Europe to find a hidden cure? Or maybe John's helping to get Sherlock out of a psychiatric hospital? Lots of doctory stuff would be totally great. Maybe they're being followed and threatened? Hmmm...

Hello, is it alright if I do like a five times thing for this? This is the first time I've actually filled a prompt so I'm sorry if it's not exactly what you wanted. Don't let this stop anyone else from filling! Sorry it's so short (and un-beta'd).

The first time it had happened John had pushed his wardrobe up against the door, slipped under his duvet and cried until he'd fallen asleep. He'd relived it in his dreams that night, waking hot and feverish, tangled in his blankets, a cry of fear trembling on his lips. Harry was sitting on the end of the bed when he woke. Her soft grey eyes watched him cautiously in the dim light, his own eyes staring back at him from his sister's face. The bed had dipped and Harry, fourteen and too old for hugs, had reached out slender limbs to envelop him in a comforting embrace. He'd pushed her away at first, terrified it would happen again. She'd held on to him until he stopped resisting.

"You saw it," she'd whispered, her voice a breath in the dark, silent night. It was a statement not a question. John had nodded anyway, hiding his face against her chest, ashamed of the tears he could feel trembling on his cheek. His sister had hummed comfortingly, her arms tightening around his back. "I saw it too Johnny, a long time ago." He hadn't mentioned the nickname, finding it comforting rather than patronising.

"Is that really going to happen? Is dad-?" Harry had cut him off, hands gripping his arms with bruising force.

"Don't think about it," she'd hissed vehemently. "Just try to forget." John had shaken his head. He knew he would never get the image out of his mind; his father lying in the dark, choking desperately for breath against the vomit in his throat. He would never forget. He'd wondered at how Harry managed it.

"How?" he'd asked plaintively, shivering in her arms. Harry hadn't answered him but looking back John realised that even then she'd found solace in drink. There had been the subtle scent of alcohol on her breath as she'd rocked him to sleep that night.

John never managed to forget.

In which Mary Morstan and John Watson, both teachers of the rather distant and quiet genius that is Sherlock Holmes, catch onto some of the young man’s less savory pastimes. Of course, they’ve both suspected it for awhile, but once they find evidence that the boy is addicted to drugs, the two compassionate beings can no longer stop themselves from getting involved. In doing so, the pair peels back the blockade hiding more truly disturbing details to Sherlock’s personal life; his lack of support at home, his regular confrontations with bullies, the things he is forced to do in order to obtain the drugs. Both Mr. Watson and Ms. Morstan, needless to say, are determined to see this child through to the end of his rehab and recovery, no matter if they’re trained professionals or not.

In the end, Sherlock gains some parental figures and our two teachers find themselves a bit less lonely than before.

When Moriarty talked about being the 'man with a key', he was actually referencing his body and how he had and continued to use it to get his way. In other words, selling his body to CAM to make sure all the papers changed his identity, making sure the press side with him, etc. The 'man with a key' speech was code for 'save me'.

Sherlock helps him fake his death to escape from CAM.

John's dom has been somewhat absent (could be Lestrade, Mycroft, or Sherlock). So John has been left to his own devices. John is a well behaved man, but he currently isn't such a well behaved sub. His dom has (finally) noticed, and is not happy.

I just want lots of John being brought back into line. Maybe there is some open defiance (definitely a big no no), some argumentative behaviour (well I have been managing fine while you have been busy, don't see what the problem is??)

I know this is a popular trope in Mystrade fic, but I'd love to see it make an appearance in a Molly Hooper/Lestrade story as well.

Sherlock shows up at Molly's flat in the middle of the night in search of god knows what. He obnoxiously rings the bell/pounds the door/makes a nuisance of himself to get Molly to open, only, when the door finally opens, it's not Molly standing behind it, it's Lestrade, wearing Molly's robe.

(Other way around works too, with Molly opening Lestrade's door wearing his robe)

Exactly what it says on the tin. Mycroft getting himself off (bonus points if he's fingering himself) whilst feeling thoroughly dirty, ashamed, guilty and wildly turned on because he just knows that he shouldn't be having those thoughts about the rough & ready DI/his baby brother's flatmate/his baby brother/Harry the Equerry/delete as applicable or all of them if you want. Also imagining what the object of his affections would do if he ever found out what filthy fantasies that prim, uptight Mr Holmes has about him.

My headcanon has always been that John came from an abusive family; mainly a drunk and violent father and a submissive, depressed mother.

So I found the scene where Sherlock tells John that he 'deserves' to fall in love with a woman like Mary and that it was his own fault that he 'chose her' really uncomfortable. Because he didn't know what Mary was really like when he first met her, neither did Sherlock, and the idea he subconsciously chose her because she was secretly dangerous - and thus deserved to be lied to and nearly lose his best friend again - is BS for me.

Anyway; I'd like Sherlock (and Mary) if possible, finding out that John's father used to beat his mother in front of him and Harry wife - as well as John sometimes - and make them think that they deserve what was happening to them and everything they suffered was their own fault for falling in love and not walking away or making their dad angry.

That John had lived through something like this is totally my headcanon. Of the whole series, the moment that hit my spouse, who was raised in an abusive, alcoholic family, the hardest, was that scene and John's response of 'why is everything always my fault',

I'm slightly embarrassed to want this, but I really want a Sherlock/John story where John is the one who cums too quickly and needs reassurance.

Maybe Sherlock starts spouting off facts about how many people it happens to, or anything else!

John can come just from Sherlock being his brilliant self.
