Who is that girl who's so happy to work with Irene that she doesn't, apparently, get jealous in the least when her mistress falls in with a man?
Maybe she met her on the plane to England, and was the first person who dared laugh at her ridiculous attempt at an accent.
Maybe she's a client who wormed her way into Irene's heart- or, at least, her home.
Maybe she's just staff who got a little unprofessional with the head of the house.
Whatever the reason, Kate knows that no matter how many 'loves' Irene may have, it's always Kate she sleeps next to at night.
Bonuses:
-Irene is, in fact, biromantic (Sherlock's just the first man she's felt any sexual connection with.)
-Kate is the only person on this side of the Atlantic that Irene feels comfortable enough with to let her Oh my gawwwd, lemme tell you, tuh-ruh-bull Joisey accent loose on.

For a while, I think there was a theory going around that Sherlock's gun in TGG was the fake gun the cabby had.

Ok this is probably going to get me some interesting comments but I have had this stuck in my head for days now. Keep in mind people I was only able to watch Scandal once so forgive if I forget mess up a detail or two.

During the time Irene was supposedly dead and Sherlock was trying to figure out the phone's password John had a feeling he knew what it was but didn't say anything because he wasn't sure. Once Irene came back and revealed herself and he confronted her over contacting Sherlock he became sure he knew what it was.

To me the whole game that Irene was playing was more emotional based than intellectual and I think John would have picked up on that sort of thing faster than Sherlock. Especially when Irene states that she is a lesbian yet she somehow feels this pull towards Sherlock and is interested in him.

So Authors what I want is someone to write John's point of view how he figures the pass code out. A scene when Irene is in the flat hiding out (preferably right after Sherlock tries a pass code but before Irene types it in) and John takes the phone from him, types in the pass code and it unlocks. And finally what happens after that, what is the fall out with the 007 plan and Irene's deal with Moriarty?

Hopefully someone is interested in this despite it being so long, involved, and specific.

Really Mycroft Brigade? I don't think we need a brigade to fill this.

University AU. Sherlock/Jim..Sherlock/John

University AU, Sherlock and John met in high school and became very close friends ever since. When they go to university, they meet a very interesting man called Jim. They all become good friends until one day Jim tells Sherlock he is in love with him. John doesn't approve at first because he is feeling like a third wheel, but changes his mind when he sees how much Jim makes Sherlock happy. After graduating, Jim leaves the country for any reason leaving Sherlock heartbroken and John to pick up the peaces. Life goes on and Sherlock becomes a consulting detective and John a doctor. They don't hear anything about Jim for 10 years. When Jim comes back, he is known to the world as "The Consulting Criminal."

Bonus points:

-angst in both sides. Sherlock is fighting all the emotions inside of him after seeing Jim again. And Jim is hurting for seeing Sherlock so vulnerable, but they still play the game.
-John being a BAMF.
-Mycroft gets involved in any way to help his little brother.

After all of his creepy stalking, Jim reveals to Sherlock that all of it is because Jim's in love with him. He's had this crush for some time now, and all those murders and cases and explosions were actually romantic overtures.

Sherlock does not feel the same way at all, so he rejects Jim's confession. But he does so in a surprisingly kind and gentle way. (Obviously, he doesn't want Jim to kill him for being a jerk about it.) Dejected, Jim accepts Sherlock's answer and goes off to torment another genius (or whatever. Arrested? Accidentally killed? Fell off the face of the earth- at least till Reichenbach? IDK XD)

But everyone else is like 'What the hell? Why are you being nice now?!'

Sherlock and John are in Diogenes RTC, Baker wing, room 221b.

Sherlock was previously misdiagnosed with anti-social personality disorder; he's currently been committed for a drug overdose (attempting to treat his bipolar disorder).
John has problems with severe PTSD from childhood abuse and risk-seeking behavior.

Other characters are also here too: Anthea has problems with disassociation, Molly has severe anxiety, Moriarty is Moriarty. Mycroft is there for some reason. Lestrade, Mike, Mrs. Hudson, and Sally are on staff (plus John's canon psychologist?).

And feel free to throw anyone else in there too: Anderson, Irene, etc.

The residents should be about 14-22.

tl;dr: everyone's in a residential treatment center trying to get back on their feet for various reasons, a la Brainbent, the Homestuck AU.

A fun post started because someone bitching about Cumberbatch playing Sherlock flamboyantly gay, was obviously unable or unwilling to look up the actors name and called him CRUMBLEBREAD.

Sherlock was raped. But, he doesn't think it was rape, because his body responded to it. So when during a case, a person was raped and their is evidence of or the victim told that their body responded, Sherlock dismisses it as not being rape at all.

John is horrified and calls Sherlock out on his terrible, insensitive response to the person's trauma. He is even more horrified when Sherlock proceeds to explain, in front of everyone, the reason for it.

(Comfort for the traumatised person and for Sherlock, please. And maybe once Sherlock understands that only 'yes' means yes, he could apologise to the person? Also, any pairing or no pairing is fine :) )

A Shadow's an Oasis

Katherine Momsen looked small against the hospital bed. John wished he didn’t have to be in the room while she recounted her rape but she had insisted as soon as she learned that John and Sherlock were working on the ‘Lothario Robber’ case. Now, the Lothario Rapist; Momsen had been the first victim he had raped and had met the profiler’s expectation that the Lothario would escalate into violent crime. Instead of murder, as originally predicted, it had turned to rape.

John hated that it was rape and couldn’t think of anything consoling thoughts to offer. He kept his mouth shut and wrote down any relevant facts he thought they could work with and that he might need to refer back to. Sherlock next to him looked as blank as ever and just watched her as she began her recount of the assault.

John knew the beginning almost verbatim because the same procedure had happened with the last three of his victims. Instead of leaving the victim tied loosely to the bed he had taken out a knife and began to rape her.

She provided everything she thought might be helpful: his appearance, reactions and responses to everything she did – including the more intimate details that John knew couldn’t have been easy admitting – such as her orgasm.

In the end Lestrade thanked her and they headed toward the Met. All through out Sherlock did not say anything although John had the distinct impression he was angry. Donovan and Anderson met Lestrade in his office to discuss their findings and to learn if any details from Momsen’s account could help them to the Lothario.

“We’re still talking to the neighbors and hoping someone has seen anything but so far I can’t provide anything new.” Donovan admitted as she recounted the state of the interviews they had conducted. Next came Anderson’s report.

“There are indications that she was assaulted. There were traces of vaginal and seminal fluid on the sheets –“ Whatever else Anderson was about to say was cut off by Sherlock’s angry retort.

“Oh come off it! She wasn’t raped. Robbed, maybe, but raped?” He scoffed. “Her story was clearly meant to build sympathy and manipulate us into believing her and you two idiots said nothing!” He snapped looking over to John and Lestrade. “I’m especially disappointed in you, John, who seen *real* victims of sexual assault.”

“Am I the only one not blinded by a pair of pretty eyes?” He gestured angrily with his hands. “She admitted as much that she consented and you two said nothing because she managed to cry at the right moments and had a few bruises like the other victims. She is no different from the other victims except for the sex. Take out the sex and we’re right back at square one: a clever robber who is going to start killing someone soon unless we can find something that’ll lead us to him.”

John stood gaping at him unable to come up with any retort. He had no idea what Sherlock was talking about and he felt a jolt a searing anger at his retort that John was a bad doctor. Luckily Lestrade spoke first before John managed to throw a shot at his best friend’s face.

“I’m sorry, Sherlock, but unless you heard something while I was gone for a moment I have seen or heard nothing to indicate the incident was consensual.” Lestrade said.

Sherlock laughed. “Of course you missed it.” He said as if it were obvious. “It was brief and she said it very quietly but she admitted it was consensual. Think.” He didn’t give them a moment to react as he continued. “She said she experienced an orgasm, an orgasm. Not just once but twice!” Sherlock said as if they were idiots. “Ergo, she wasn’t raped.”

Silence. Sherlock frowned and Sherlock turned to John, for confirmation of his conclusion or what John never knew, but he did know was puzzled to his friend’s red and livid face. John could barely keep from screaming as he looked into Sherlock’s face.

“I’m used to you saying stupid and awful things Sherlock but this. Surely you cannot mean this?”

Molly Prompts

Several "Molly does things" prompts. Perhaps suitable to some sort of 5 + 1?

1) Molly cuts her hair very short. (Is it a protest? Necessity? An emotional release after one two many Sherlock incidents, perhaps fueled by alcohol? Whatever you wish.)

2) Molly talks to the corpses when their alone. What does she talk about?

2) Molly saves someone's life. (As dramatic or subtle as you wish, anyone's life you wish. Just let Molly have a moment, please?)

3) Molly babysits the neighbors' kid(s). How's that go? Does she tell them stories about zombies or kittens? Does she feed them canned soup or a homemade meal? Is she motherly or hopeless at child care?

4) Kid!Molly fic. (First day of school? Little Molly decides to work with dead people? Molly and her parents? Little Molly runs away from home and makes it as far as the next town over?)

5) Molly/Jim anything. Sweet, dark, somewhere in between. Preferably a post TGG relationship, even after she learns the truth...

6) Molly text fic with Not!Anthea.

7) A day in the life of Molly...and her cat.

8) Molly is a Doctor Who fangirl.

9) Molly is kidnapped. And she gets herself out of it while still staying IC to the show. (Or, how Molly the Mouse Escaped the Trap).

10) Molly/Death fic. You heard me. Do it Meet Joe Black style or whatever you wish, as long as Death falls for the nervous little mortuary girl, it's bully with me! :3

Yes, everyone. Sherlock, Mycroft, John, Lestrade, Moriarty, Moran, Molly, Irene...everyone. None of them wants the others to find out, because they think they'll be humiliated if anyone finds out. Then, somehow, the truth comes out.
Bonus points for:
- Sherlock having an obsessively-kept collection of pony memorabilia, which is found during a drugs bust
- Anderson being an ass about it, and getting soundly shot down.

Sherlock and John have/adopt/whatever a kid.

We've all seen this before yeah? The kid being intelligent enough to keep up with Sherlock, and inheriting braveness from John? Well, screw that no.

The kid isn't super intelligent. They're kind of a coward and will prefer to run away then anything else. They can't help but feel like their disappointing their parents in every way, but no matter how hard they try They just can't get past that last, insurmountable step.

Sherlock and John reassure them it's fine...while being just a little disappointed that their kid can't do all that they hoped they'd do.

Angst people, angst, angst, angst.

tl;dr: Sherlock and John have a kid who isn't special at all.
