Please refrain from hijacking a prompt. Hijacking may be defined as responding to a prompt by taking a portion of it and adding your own ideas about what should be added, changed or eliminated. In addition, commenting with off topic jokes or chatter.

By hijacking, the focus of the prompt can be lost, and inappropriate threads created. By doing this fillers may be discouraged which is something no one wants to experience.

Ok, I know I shouldn't, but I just can't help myself. I have become totally obssessed with Mycroft recently.

So I must ask. Give me some Shycroft/insecure Mycroft with a side helping of Mystrade. Maybe where Sherlock finds out that Mycroft and Lestrade have started dating and begins to tell Lestrade exactly why he should not be dating Mycroft, leading to some insecure Mycroft. Or someone Lestrade knows starts questioning Mycroft and sending him into Shycroft mode.

I know it's unlikely for Mycroft to really behave like that, but it suits him so well. lol

The real reason Sherlock hates Anderson

Anderson is on his way to a show/pub/etc. with some of his buddies when they happen upon Sherlock coming off a high on the edge of an alley. Anderson's buddies suggest that he do something since he's on the police force, but Anderson, young and haughty, makes a comment about the filth of London and begins to walk on by. Sherlock attempts to call out to him (to insult him or perhaps a one-off desperate please for help) but his words slur and Anderson just turns around and says something scathing about the random bum's lack of intelligence. They leave him there. Sherlock's then assaulted by a gang who find him shortly after.

Anderson never realizes the Sherlock he meets years later is the addict on the street, or at least that's what Sherlock thinks...

Sherlock has OCD, Sherlock/John (slash or friendship)

We know from ASIB that Sherlock's room is actually quite minimalist and tidy (and he has a sock index?). What if the reason Sherlock's so touchy when he returns bloody with the harpoon is that he knows it's going to be an ordeal to clean off. He's willing to do what he needs to do for a case, but he's still fastidious with his personal hygiene. Going cold turkey from smokes is not helping his emotional state. I'm looking for some h/c with John bathing a misty-eyed Sherlock in the tub when it all comes to be too much for him to do himself.

The facts are these:

John hasn't had any lady friends in a while.
He has, however, been on lots of dinners/outings with Sherlock.
John has dragged Sherlock to the cinema.
John seems to be awfully concerned with how Sherlock spends his free time.

Conclusion: He's dating Sherlock.

I read a fic on here where Sherlock basically assumes he's in a relationship with John and John finds out and is like, "Wait, what?"Cue Sherlock explaining the facts and John thinking this makes sense. And cue sexytimes. I need to see this plotline with a billion variations. Pretty please.

spoilers for Hounds & crossover with Frankenstein

In the Baskerville lab Sherlock meets somebody he hasn't seen in years: Victor Trevor-Frankenstein. Sherlock asks a few questions to his old friend/ex lover/whatever you prefer, hoping to know more about Baskerville. But Victor, while greeting Sherlock happily, doesn't want to tell anything about what his experiments are all about.

What could happen:
- the hound doesn't exist, exactly like in the episode, but there is a monster: Victor's man-like Creature
- the hound exists: it's Victor's Creature, a dog-like beast that went wild and escaped because Victor couldn't control it
- the hound exists: it's Victor's second experiment, an animal companion for his first creation, the man-like Creature he kept locked in his lab until they both escaped
- whatever other outcome you can possibly think of

TL;DR When they visit the Baskerville labs Sherlock and John meet somebody Sherlock knew rather well: Dr Victor Trevor-Frankenstein.

Any additional het/slash/gen details are entirely up to you, I'm fine with everything! :)

Either Sherlock or John (preferably Sherlock) was born biologically female, but began dressing and living as a male at an early age. Privately, he identifies himself as gender fluid, but the pronouns confuse him and he doesn't like explaining, so he sticks to male - which is how he usually feels, anyway. Sometimes he likes to go out dressed as a woman, but tends not to around people who know him, since most people just assume he is a cisgender male.

I'd like to see him dealing with periodic bouts of self-doubt about his gender identity. (What if I've been wrong all this time I can't I can't-)

The other (who is cisgender) comforts him, and reassures him that he is whatever he wants to be. ("It's all fine.")

The man holding him up by his shoulders has his eyes crinkled and his lips tight together as if trying to imitate a smirk but it is an absolute failure. There is no humor in his expression whatsoever. If he is some sort of spy or actor, he is a bad one. “You’re joking,” he says, attempting confidence, but his voice is deep and at its lowest registers it wavers.

“I’m afraid not. Would you get your hands off of me, please? I assure you I am capable of sitting up on my own, thank you,” he says back.

The man does not remove his hands. “My God,” he says, voice somehow even lower, low enough that if it was louder, it might make the room move, the heavens cloud. It’s a fanciful thought and who knows where it comes from, but the stranger has eyes the colour of the sky the day before a storm. “Anthea, when…when did he go missing?”

The woman (Anthea, if this stranger is to believed, which is doubtful) does not look up from her phone. “A month ago,” she says. Her voice is flat.

“What does he know?”

“I’m right here,” he says.

The man lets go and steps back from the hospital bed. He tilts his head up to look at the ceiling. “He just woke up?”

“About ten minutes ago. I wondered if you wanted to – to tell him.”

“No,” the man says – his voice is thicker now. He is not far from crying. Interesting. Perhaps he is some sort of spy or actor, the sort with so many layers of deception it’s hard to tell where the character ends. “I don’t think he’d want to hear it from me.”

“Who then?” the woman asks.

“No one – no one else, then?”

“No.”

“You do it,” he says, and closes his eyes. His lashes glimmer under the fluorescents. Tears. “Please tell Mycroft—“

The man tilts his head towards the floor, now, and rubs the bridge of his nose with his thumb. His posture is perfect, as if he is some soldier ready to march, or some virtuoso ready to perform, but perhaps he is merely an actor at the top of his game.

“Tell Mycroft about himself, I suppose.”

And then he leaves.

His name might be Mycroft. He can’t think of a convincing reason for them to go so far as to forge an identity for him. Then again, he knows nothing now. Nothing besides an ache in his head and the faces of the doctors and the woman (perhaps Anthea) and the man (perhaps Sherlock.)

“Well then,” she says, and sits like a secretary might, but the way she holds herself suggests something dangerous. “Sir, where would you like me to start?”
