Okay so I want something inspired by this but where John doesn't get eaten but Sherlock becomes possessive and john tries to act like Sherlock isn't a cannibal who treats him like a pet.

Sherlock not letting anyone around (maybe they leave for the country)

Due to [insert reason here] Lester Nygaard and John Watson have switched minds/bodies. While trying to figure out a way to fix things, John must deal with the mess Lester has found himself in, and Lester must deal with an agitated Sherlock (mostly due to the fact that I think Lester would annoy Sherlock quite a bit...)General confusion abounds.

Bonus points for Bamf!John dealing with Mr.Wrench & Mr Numbers.

Omegaverse AU. A rare fatal condition that the omega bleeds instead of getting into heats so they keep maintenance meds/shots and try not to get in heat or heat inducing situations. CharA keeps it a secret tho is known to be an omega. CharB sensing CharA going to have heat and tries to sexy times with but then CharA starts to bleed and everything turns into Not Good.

Kinda wanted it to be OmegaJohn cuz I like possessive Alpha Sherlock then Alpha Sherlock instinct sensing Omega John's hurt and won't let anybody else touch him making the situation worse. And conflicted panicking helpless raging Alpha Sherlock.

Just as the title says. Any pairing/no pairing is fine. Can be a cracky cockblocking comedy or a dark incestuous dubcon or anything in between. Whether this came about by deliberate action or “happy” accident is up to you.

Only things I ask – Mycroft literally needs Sherlock’s permission in some way, shape or form. He’s not refraining from orgasming as part of some deal – his body just won’t do it. (I’m thinking magic realism?) Secondly, Mycroft can’t get out of the spell/device/whatever on his own – Sherlock has to remove it, and he’s refusing to do so.

Sherlock meeting John somewhere and using the cheesiest pick-up lines on him, completely sincerely/not realizing they are such cliches.

'I'm glad you're a doctor, because you take my breath away.'
'There must be something wrong with my eyes because I can't take them off of you.'
etc.

Sherlock and John are in a relationship. Obviously.
Give me lots of focus on the quirky domestic and little focus on how both John and Sherlock have agreed that they both don't really like anal after all and handjobs/blowjobs is the way to go.

Bonus for sharing ice creams, ice lollies, strolling in the park holding hands, fighting over the toaster, Nutella vs. Marmite, stealing each other's food, cuddling on cold nights/squirming on hot nights, quick kisses, sharing the shower/bath, etc.

Triple bonus if Sherlock is a fairly good cook and insists things are 'just right' including the addition of wine and candles.

Because of [reasons] Sherlock gets transformed into a younger version of himself (mentally and physically).

Donovan ends up spending a lot of time with him. Maybe she's somehow the only one available to take care of the child!Sherlock? Or maybe she wants to study him to spot the early signs of psychopathy that she expects to find in him.

Either way, she comes to the grudging realization that he's actually a ridiculously lovable kid, if rather rude and socially isolated. Maybe he even reminds her of her own younger self in some ways.

Bonus:
- Sherlock gets turned back into his normal age eventually, and Donovan's reaction to that is explored.
- Donovan feeling protective after the transformation, and even still after he gets turned back into an adult.

TL;DR: Sherlock gets turned into a child. Donovan accidentally befriends him.

Mary and John and Sherlock's 'Mummy' and 'Daddy'

Basically, the premise of '13 Going on 30', but with Sherlock instead of Jennifer Garner's character.

Thirteen year old Sherlock gets magically transported into the body of his older self, at some point during the series. Aside from that, you can diverge from the movie plot as much as you want.

In which John Watson, a successful army doctor and accountant, is convicted and sentenced to life inprisonment for the murder of his wife (Mary) and her lover. There he meets Sherlock Holmes, prison entrepreneur, who also happens to be a genius - but somehow Sherlock manages to be wrong about John over and over again.

In my headcanon, instead of being recruited by the warden (Moriarty) as a banker, Moriarty needs a doctor to patch up the prisoners that are injured when he uses them to do his dirty work.
Bonus: Includes Greg and Mycroft somehow. (Mystrade, anyone? ouo)
Also bonus: Mrs Hudson is included in the end. (Or is the librarian, if you can think of a way to make that work.)

Oh, I want to read this so much, though I understand it'll be extremely hard to write, because Shawshank Redemption itself is a very complex and delicate work.

Molly can be a nurse, I think. Just a suggestion. It's a position that's relatively safe and suits her character.

P.S. On a side note, there's an AU by deusexmycroft in AO3 that bears some similarity to your prompt, though there's a lot of sensitive elements in the story, so it might not be to your taste.

Sherlock is a kindergarten teacher (children are the only humans Sherlock can deal with), and John is the single father of one of his students.

When Sherlock calls John in for a one-on-one teacher conference, sparks begin to fly. (Maybe the Watson child was being bullied by the other children or something). He even deduces John, and John is stunned. It's up to you if Sherlock freelances as a detective.

At first, the pair feel a bit awkward about the whole situation. But eventually, they just kind of . . . give in.

And later, someone moves into someone's house, and they raise the Watson kid together. =)

(If you could make this into a serious fill rather than crack, OP will love you. Forever.)

(If there's any sex, OP prefers top!John/bottom!Sherlock).

For a week (or a more sensible amount of time if that makes you uncomfortable) all Sherlock is allowed to eat is John's cum.

Sherlock is possibly starting to see the problem with going drinking with his best friend while practically besoted.
Alcohol seems to have the talent of drawing out his every repressed desire, until all he can think about are John's lips, and god! was John always this handsy?

John/Sherlock established relationship in which they go undercover to a super posh party (maybe Mycroft was involved?) and John makes Sherlock come in his very expensive suit (while tied up). He doesn't really want to, but he's been a wanker to John all evening and gets what he deserves. John practically pulling out his pleasure.

John knows he can't really begrudge anything from Sherlock.. what with almost a year gone by since they last spoke to each other.. but he'd very like to know who the fuck is the "Victor" who picked up Sherlock's mobile.

Post s03 Victor and Sherlock get back together, John is incredibly jealous but still married.

Irene comes back to Sherlock's life. He tells her he's over John but of course she sees the truth, she "knows what he likes" .
She seduces him by pretending to be John and whispering Sherlock's fantasies about him to Sherlock. And forces him to admit he's in love. Can end up unrequited or bringing them together, either is good

Eventually John gets over Sherlock. Years and years pass in which he doesn't see him.. he becomes a story he tells his new friends "the mad
detective" but Sherlock sees John everywhere. When Mary dies John feels ready to follow her, and that's when he sees Sherlock again.. his circumstances nearly the same(the cane, the loneliness) but very very different.
(it's not necesary that the fill has all this details, just the general idea)

I know this has been done a lot but most of the fics I've seen are abandoned.

Hi! I'm actually planning to write a Potterlock fanfic because yes, there's sadly few of them. However it's Post Potter Era though I'll try my best to put any mention of the Marauders in the story. But as of now there's no guarantee I can finish the story but I'm really excited writing it. I'll post the link here if ever I'm done with it. :D

An AU in which John isn't an army doctor, but an ex-commando (SAS? Royal Marine? I don't have much knowledge about the UK military.) The BAMF level I ask of him here isn't a common kind of BAMF, more like a one-man-army kind of BAMF, Sgt. Porter/Stonebridge/Damian from Strike Back type of BAMF. Sgt. Swagger from Shooter sort of BAMF. Every heroes from a shooting game. Basically a soldier who possesses every mean skills available to crush his enemies; who survives everything and thrives in a warlike zone. I also like it if he's a sniper.

For some reason, he ends up working for Moriarty after he quits the army. But then, I don't know, his conscious gets the better of him? So he betrays Moriarty, then escapes. (Which says something about his badass status that he continues to evade Moriarty's attempt to locate him for all these years.)

Then, Sherlock comes to the picture. He tries to track down Moriarty after his Reichenbach fall, and all the clues end up leading him to an unassuming yet intriguing and completely mysterious ex-soldier living an otherwise spartan life... somewhere on earth. (The setting doesn't matter much to me.)

To summarize:
1. John is a BAMF soldier with a history with Moriaty, and is in hiding.
2. Sherlock and John meet after the Fall.

Other things:
1. Can be gen or Johnlock, though no matter the scenario, I still want heavy, heavy bonding between the two??
2. John doesn't have a psychosomatic limp here, though he does have a shell-shocked armor so thick a well-aimed RPG will just ricochet off it. So Sherlock still have puzzles to solve when it comes to his recently acquired companion.

Khan needs time to rest and hide somewhere safe. He's all alone and with plenty of people after him. He finds a way to travel to another universe and learns that there's a person that looks a lot like himself; they could be twins.

Sherlock is away after feigning his suicide, John is heartbroken. Khan thinks it's the best time to appear. His enemies will never find him here if he acts like he belongs in this world.

He learns everything he can about Sherlock, pretends to be him and 'comes back' to John, explaining why 'he' had to pretend to be dead. John is angry at first, but then he forgives 'Sherlock'. Later something happens that makes Khan think that Sherlock and John were lovers. Apparently, he'd got something wrong and has to correct his mistake. John is definitely in love. Khan's act has to be natural, so he ends up in relationship with John and doesn't really mind (after all, John knows how to deal with those who are not into sentiments, but don't mind feeling cherished, flattered, etc.).

John feels that something is wrong, but thinks that Sherlock has changed because of all those things he had to come through after his 'suicide'. And now they are together, like John wanted, but never thought it was possible. What's not to love, right?

And then real Sherlock returns... He's not amused (also jealous, curious and upset. It's his John! And John didn't miss him, he was with this... impostor!).

Happy ending would be great (Khan moves on to escape his enemies again and Sherlock and John get together (as lovers, too)).

Please, top!John and no threesomes.

Bonus if John at first takes Khan's virginity and then Sherlock's. *cough* As if it couldn't be more awkward...

Sherlock and John are called to investigate a serial killing (the third victim on the running). When Sherlock rants of the deductions on how the victim died, Lestrade/Sally (or somebody from the Met) realizes it is eerily familiar to serial killings depicted in the popular WIP fanfic they're currently reading. Of Sherlock and John.

As they are both forced to read eerily accurate fanfic(s) about themselves to have more idea of the killer (with some very naughty exceptions), they find themselves confronted with issues they've been ignoring for so long. Its a race against the clock because the next update can also mean the next murder. Pairs and slash are okay.

Remember the scene in SoT where Sherlock said he loves dancing and he hopes it would turn up useful in any of his cases? Well here you go...

Sherlock bumps into his old professor of Drama/Lit in Uni, his favorite teacher (Bonus if no one believes sherlock has a favorite teacher). The guy is mysterious and weird but kindda likes Sherlock and knows about his consulting detective job and his flatmate's blog and so enlists his help to solve mysterious killings where the bodies are found near the school he's currently teaching in the US. Sherlock of course brings John along and when he figured it out it was an inside job, he had to go undercover, with John of course.What the professor forgot to tell him was this was no ordinary school; it was A DRAMA/ART SCHOOL.

Cue in for the students to wonder what's with the british invasion ans well as to John's horror (who goes undercover for less mundane,ie. Guard,janitor,etc.) when Sherlock has no choice but to go undercover for the only spot available:a dance instructor (I'll love you with all my heart if you chose the tango, the chacha and OH MY GOD Modern hiphop!) Hilarity ensues. Bonus if one cheeky british savvy student figures out their real identities.

Pairings and slash are okay though I'd prefer if it's not pestablished. Thanks!

In S3E1, Sherlock didn't stop and really hurt Mycroft. He could have strangled him, punched him, bruised him, whatever. But he hurts him, and whatever he does in his drugged stupor, he doesn't remember when he comes down from the high.

Sherlock doesn't understand why his brother has suddenly become so wary of him, fearful, almost. John has to tell him what happened, and he is devastated. How will he make it up to Mycroft?
