There are prompts and fics where Sherlock is on friendly terms with John's daughter. I want a different story.

John's marriage hurts more than Sherlock could've ever imagined. It only gets worse and worse for him. It's obvious that John is no longer his partner, no longer a friend he used to be, even if they do have cases together sometimes. John is a family man now. They still see each other, but it's not the same at all, even if John tries to pretend otherwise.

John and Mary's daughter likes Sherlock and is intrigued by him as she's growing up (daddy's stories only make Sherlock even more interesting). But whenever she tries to approach Sherlock, he's dismissive and doesn't really want her company. He's not rude or anything like that, but he puts a wall between them.

If he's got a serious case of depression to boot and some people actually notice it, I will love you forever.

When John's daughter is a teen, she somehow learns that Sherlock doesn't like not only her, but her entire family (he doesn't hate them or anything, but he wants nothing to do with them, their family parties, holidays and such), because he's in love with John and has been in love from the start. He's never actually recovered from losing John.

Maybe she accidentally (or not accidentally) blurts it out to John. Or to more people than just John.

Reactions?

Make it hurt. The angstier, the better.

When Sherlock tries to stand up for Mary after she shots him (actually, he does it for John's sake, or at least Sherlock believes that this is what he's doing. He's bad with feelings and relationships), John realises that he's had enough. He knows that Sherlock's explanations are bullshit (sorry, but they are) and is not stupid/desperate enough to convince himself otherwise.

He leaves both Mary and Sherlock behind and wants no more lies and bullshit. He quickly divorces Mary and moves to another flat. He wants nothing to do with Sherlock either and openly says that they are done before starting to ignore him.

It takes some time, but John's life actually gets better. He meets another person (preferably a woman), maybe they are from police or army and John can still help and get some danger he needs. Consequently, he gets new friends, too.

Sherlock is terrified and completely devastated due to actually losing John for real this time. He still tries to contact John, to talk to him, to have him back. John, however, is quite indifferent about Sherlock's attempts. He always has something else to do other than having a moment for his ex-friend.

Maybe John unknowinggly says something very painful for Sherlock, such as: "You'll be okay. Look at me. I'm actually grateful that things had turned out like that between us. Now I can have another live and be truly happy and secure" or anything of that sort.

Unlike people who's hurt him, John is happy.

Heartbroken Sherlock, please, making desperate, futile attempts to fix everything... something... anything. Unrequited love is very welcome, too.

I want to see Sherlock in agony, actually seeing what he's lost. Crying, eating disorders, drugs, insanity... All is welcome.

Bonus if some people behind Sherlock's back whisper that John has finally made the right thing, dumping 'the Freak'. Sherlock hears it all.

Any ending where John is happy, please.

One of them experiences EP and is deeply distressed about it.

It could be Lestrade (as a background to his wife's infidelities, his divorce, his workaholism, etc.) or it could be Sherlock (which would make Mycroft's taunt, "How would you know about [sex]", rather cruel indeed).

The choice is yours, but I'd love to see the partner comfort and reassure his lover that they can work on this together, show respect and affection, etc. Happy ending, please!

All of their fics have affectionate, in character Sherstrade and happy endings, but there isn't a lot of sex.

Does anyone know the part in spn where Sam comes back to life with no soul? Well, what if that's what happened to Sherlock, and he comes back from the fall with no soul?

Bonus if John's the first one to notice something is different, and the rest of them just pass anything weird off on Sherlock being a douche.

I won't make any promises, but I'd like to try, because, color me intrigued!

For whatever reason, Moran brings his five year old son to Moriarty's place and asks his boss to babysit, or at least keep an eye on, John. Moran knows this is a bad idea but he has no other choice.

Moriarty hates kids, so at first he just ignores John. But when adorable and lovable John starts to ask questions and praising Moriarty for his clever answers, Moriarty can't help but to fall in love with the little guy. When Moran comes back to pick John up, Moriarty demands Moran to bring John again as many times as possible.

Bonus: Moriarty also brings John to his meetings with his clients. When one of his clients, a pedophile, starts looking at John the wrong way, Moriarty and Moran go all protective and badass, torturing the hell out of the pedophile. Oblivious!wee!John is oblivious.

Set during Voldemort's original rise to power: John is an Auror and Jim is a Death Eater posing as a newly recruited Auror.

Tldr; Sherlock changes many aspects of his personality because he thinks it will please John, and makes himself miserable in the process.

There are signs that John and Sherlock are soulmates (maybe there are even some special and rare signs that clearly show that they are meant to be). But Sherlock is deeply in love with John, and John... John isn't in love with Sherlock, at all, and only likes him as a friend. John can also be in relationship with somebody else and he's perfectly content with that.

Angst and heartbreak, please.

It can be an A/B/O Verse, I don't mind at all, but, please, only Alpha!John and Omega!Sherlock, not the other way around.

You know that part in Death at a Funeral where Jane has to convince drugged Simon to come off the roof and she does so by telling him she's pregnant. Sherlock has bitten more than he can chew.

Despite his efforts, he's on drugs again. Thoughts of rehab are frightening after a very unpleasant experience in the past. Things were supposed to be different, as he believed, but what he's got now is unrequited love towards John who's moved on and his family is everything to him, friends or not. Sherlock has also got the aforementioned drug addiction and the PTSD he hadn't expected to get after those two hellish years. Nothing is the same any longer, including himself, and it will never be.

One day it gets too much and Sherlock is on a roof again. Only this time it's not staged. Maybe he believes that that jump took all good things from him, so it's only fair to do it for real this time.

Will John save him? Can he? Does he learn what Sherlock is going to do at all?

As long as there's a lot of heartbreak anyway, I'm okay with both good and bad endings.

Before the wedding, Mrs. Hudson tries to talk to Sherlock about trying to get John to take him back, and tells him that since they were a great couple, he deserves another chance and should fight for his man. Sherlock's reaction is to laugh until his sides hurt and he's crying, and, once he's composed himself, explain that he and John were never a couple and were never interested in each other like that. They love each other, but they're not in love, and never were. Canon pairings, no secret pining on either side, and humor would all be appreciated, please and thank you very much.

Fair skinned, freckled Mycroft is very prone to sunburns. One summer, his neck and shoulders get burned very badly while he's got a day off and it hurts a lot when he has to put the suit back on for work the next day. Good thing DI Lestrade notices and offers to help him put some 'after sun lotion' (is that what it's called in English?)on. Let's have lots of UST and please make it prerelationship. Everything else is totally up to you.

Mycroft‘s playing matchmaker because Sherlock and John are obviously made for each other. But he got it all wrong. When he sets them up on a date or something similiar, Sherlock and John have a heart-to-heart talk, realising they both want Mycroft. Deciding to share they set a trap for him. Can be dub-/non-con on Mycroft's part or completely consensual.
