King Mycroft wants to marry off his Omega brother. He's not sure who deserves to become related to the royal family, so he announces the contest for the noble Alphas. Sherlock is furious. He throws tantrums, embarrasses Mycroft in front of important guests, endlessly complains to his old, loving nanny (Mrs Hudson? <3), tries to run away more than once, etc.

Sir John Watson comes back from a war and learns about the contest, as somebody tries to convince him to take part in it. He's very sceptical and not enthusiastic at all. Maybe he's not noble enough, but is still allowed to take part. He becomes much more enthusiastic when he sees Sherlock. And Sherlock is immediately smitten with him. And Mycroft is like: ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° ).

Despite the mutual interest, John still has to fight for Sherlock's hand in marriage, since the contest has already been announced. It doesn't prevent Sherlock from giving his some tokens of affection and little messages with tips on how to beat some of his opponents.

In TSOT Sherlock says he drugs John's food and John has missed a whole day because of it before. John doesn't seem bothered by this, so I figured maybe it's a kink for John - he likes that Sherlock drugs him and that he doesn't know what Sherlock does to him in the meantime, whether it's experiments, sexual or nothing at all. Maybe Sherlock realises after Baskerville John's reaction to being non consensually drugged is more arousal than anger and decides, with or without John's consent, to explore it?

Bonus if Mary also gets in on the action (she is a nurse).

tl:dr John has a kink for being drugged, Sherlock (and maybe Mary) utilise it.

Sherlock kills a criminal in cold blood

I've just finished an ACD Sherlock Holmes fic in which Holmes shot the injured 'villain', whom Watson was trying to patch up, after asking Watson to leave him alone for a moment to interrogate the man. Watson was appalled see that Holmes could kill a man in cold blood but Holmes justified himself by saying that he posed a threat to Watson (he was a blackmailer with influece over the police and knew he wouldn't stay in jail for long, etc etc.)

I'd like to see a similar scene in the BBC 'verse. Yeah, I know Sherlock shot Magnussen in S3 but specifically I'd like to see Sherlock calmly ask John to leave him alone with their suspect/criminal, knowing that John would be upset by his actions and would try to stop him if he was there. John is shocked and upset that Sherlock would kill in such a way.

+ Bonus points if the man Sherlock kills was injured and John had just gone into doctor mode and tried to save his life, even though he despised him.

tl;dr: during an investigation/chase Sherlock kills a man who poses a threat (of whatever nature) to John in cold blood, after asking an unsuspecting John to leave him alone to "interrogate" the witness.

Omega!Sherlock gets pregnant with Alpha!John's baby. It wasn't planned. He's full of doubts and is quite insecure about the whole thing. He's not sure he'd ever be ready for anything like this.

After some discussions with John, he hesitantly accepts the situation and decides to have this baby. But Sherlock doesn't do normal. His belly is growing fast, and soon they learn that there isn't one or even two babies. They are expecting quintuplets or even sextuplets. Sherlock is absolutely terrified.

How are they going to deal with the whole thing?

I prefer caring!John and a good ending, but the latter is entirely up to you. Humour or angst (both of it is even better!) are totally okay with me.

There's another, much darker and scarier version of London, and Sherlock finds his way there by accident. He needs to solve its terrifying mysteries to get home.

It can be the real thing, but I'd very much love if it was a horrible drug-induced hallucination (in that case I'd love John to take care of him and help him through it) and/or some sort of schizophrenic fit. If it's real though, I'd love John to be with Sherlock in that dark version of London (he'd be thrilled by the battleground like that, I'm sure, and would do his best to keep Sherlock's safe, while Sherlock investigates the whole nightmare).

AU Sherstrade: Sherlock is a professional home-wrecker

Kind-of-crack AU idea which doesn't actually have to be crack:

Sherlock is a professional home-wrecker. When rich men want to get out of unwanted marriages, they hire Sherlock to "seduce" their wives (with or without actual sex) and then they can accuse their wives of infidelity in the divorce proceedings. With Sherlock's good looks and incredible ability to deduce exactly what women want, he's got no difficulty taking on interesting "cases" and the ethics don't bother him a bit.

Lestrade's wife presents an interesting gender twist: she hires Sherlock to seduce Lestrade, in an attempt to draw attention away from her own infidelities and come out ahead in the divorce. Only problem is, even though Lestrade and Sherlock are both strangely happy to make googly eyes at each other, Lestrade is unwilling to cheat on his wife. And Sherlock is finding himself more and more attracted to the DI because of it.

Totally up to you where this goes (or how much of this plot bunny you follow), as long as it involves some hot Sherstrade sex and a happy ending :-)

Wow, a Sherstrade prompt! It's been a while, and it's a really good prompt - I love adultery angst, hot Sherstrade and happy endings (and twists on canon!). Seconding, and here's hoping it will get a fill!

Lestrade/Mary background John/Sherlock

Lestrade and Mary meet at some sort of function (friends night at the pub, christmas party, Molly's engagement party etc.) and John has run off with Sherlock. Lestrade and Mary get tipsy, bond over have adulterous partners, and decide to have hot sex because fuck everyone.

I'd prefer John to not actually be cheating on Mary, just emotionally putting Sherlock before her and Mary assuming cheating, (this is all really just an excuse for Lestrade/Mary, I don't want John bashing) but if actually adulterous John works best for you than go for it

Anything with Billy as Sherlock's son, and he's a result of past non-con, since Sherlock wouldn't have had a relationship, let alone decided to have a child of his own free will. After giving birth, Sherlock rejected him and Billy was adopted by other people (for some reason, the boy was named after Sherlock, who couldn't care less back then. Maybe it was Mycroft who chose the name and made sure to find good adoptive parents for his nephew. Maybe he's even kept in touch with the boy somehow).
Years later Sherlock meets Billy, who's so much like Sherlock himself, and it clicks. Please, a lot of angst and insecure Sherlock.

If it's an A/B/O verse, please Omega!Sherlock and Alpha!John, even though they don't have to be a couple (they can be in love nonetheless). Supportive John, please.

I'd like a fic in which the same happens to Sherlock (well, minus the livetweeting.) Like, Sherlock gets something stuck up his ass and has to go to the clinic where John works to have it taken out because he's too embarrassed to be visited by anyone else.

I'd rather they were already flatmates/friends rather than 'alternative meeting' fic. Slash or gen are both find.

AU: Sherlock is a perfumer

One of those "profession" AUs: Sherlock is a chemist who develops custom perfumes. He uses his genius to deduce what exact blend of scents each customer needs for their own body chemistry, and he's world-famous. He and Mycroft own a fancy perfumery together - maybe Mycroft runs the business side of things, or handles all the mass-produced perfume lines?

Either way, I'd love to just see Sherlock lording it up in his expensive perfume shop, deducing people and pulling the whole "you don't have any choices here; I will give you what I think you need and you're going to like it" thing.

Totally a fan of pretty much any pairing romance, so feel free to include any canon character as a "customer" who doesn't react to Sherlock's rudeness the way he's used to :-P

Sherlock becomes hot after a makeover AU

Imagine Sherlock stopped taking drugs, but never dropped his 'Shezza' look. So he's usually dressed in ratty clothes, doesn't shower as often as he should, his hair is messy & oily, skin looks bad and he rarely shaves, so he usually looks like a homeless junkie. Obviously this means Donovan & co are even less pleased to see him help out on crime scenes and he has a harder time getting into labs, but he's a genius so somehow he manages to gain reputation nonetheless, and everything happens the same as in canon. (established relationship with John that makes everyone question John's sanity and tastes would be a bonus!)

One day, he gets a case that requires him to look like a rich successful man, so he puts on one of the suits Mycroft keeps buying for him, gets a haircut, shaves etc. Cue everyone being STUNNED and disbelieving :) (and maybe he sees how much John appreciates the change and decides to keep it?)

Fill: John feeding Sherlock (2/?)

This is a continuation of a fill that I started on LJ to this prompt: (tw: eating disorder, h/c) John has to bottle-feed and sometimes spoon-feed Sherlock. I prefer a serious reason behind it rather than a kink. For example, it's because Sherlock is struggling with an eating disorder, and it is the only way to deal with it every time it gets worse. A lot of John's care, comfort, some coaxing and gentle touching in the process are more than welcome, but I prefer no baby play (I don't mind a little bit of it though). While it's not a kink, I'd love it to be quite an intimate thing for them. Non-sexual or not all-the-way sexual John/Sherlock would be great. Just very close friendship is okay, too.

John/Lestrade *noncon & dubcon*

Young John has an abusive father who when his gambling debts become dangerously high, sells John into the sex trade. A few years down the line, Lestrade has been roped into his first undercover op and is screwing it up because he looks suspicious because he won't sleep with any of the prostitutes. John tells Lestrade what's up and offers to help with his cover if Lestrade makes sure that John gets out of there once the op's over. They have angsty fucks because Lestrade feels guilty and like he's taking advantage of young John and John feels rejected that the one nice guy he's met and idolises a little as his savior is only fucking him to keep his cover. Once the op's over and John rescued (and of course he got injured while trying to keep Lestrade safe) they both sadly go their separate ways. But that means that later down the track when they meet again via Sherlock, they meet each other on more equal footing and have a healthy relationship with much fluff.

When Lestrade jogged up the steps to Sherlock’s new flat on Baker Street (much nicer than the last one, if you ask him, although who knows how long it’ll stay that way with Sherlock living there), he hadn’t expected much more than Sherlock’s usual ‘I’m going to pretend I’m not desperate for a case so I can watch you beg’ game. And that’s what he got, at least for the first minute or so, until Sherlock said “I need an assistant”, and glanced over at the other man in the room, whom Lestrade hadn’t yet even noticed, he was standing so still and silent. Although Lestrade honestly, really should have noticed him, because the man was openly gaping at him.

John Watson had actually thought that seeing a human skull just sitting casually on the mantelpiece would be the most surreal experience he’d had that day. He was horribly, grossly, incredibly wrong. Greg somehow looked both exactly the same, and very different. His close-cropped hair- still the same cheap, efficient haircut- was streaked through with silver. His familiar warm brown eyes held a sort of exhaustion that ran far deeper than just a few sleepless nights. John snapped out of his reverie when he realised that his staring had been noticed. Stepping forward, he cleared his throat awkwardly, wondering how to address the man. Professionally would be best, given the circumstances.

“Sergeant Lestrade. You’re looking well.” A lie, but the sort of polite lie that no one ever bothers to call out.

Lestrade blinked. The man was familiar, but he just couldn’t place him. He hadn’t seen him since his promotion, but that hardly narrowed it down, seeing as that was only a few years ago.

“It’s, uh, Inspector now, actually.” He said, for want of anything better to say.

Sherlock jumped in before John could reply. “You know each other! Or rather you know him, John, but he doesn’t recognise you. Oh, this is very interesting, let me see…”

“Shut up, Sherlock.” Greg and John said, almost in unison. John smiled tentatively at Greg. Greg still looked confused. Sherlock looked put out.

Greg stepped forward. “I’m sorry, he’s right, though. You look very familiar, but I’m afraid I can’t quite place you.”

John didn’t much feel like rehashing their complicated history, or even hinting at it, in front of Sherlock. No doubt the man would have it all sussed out soon enough, but until then, John preferred to keep it to himself for the moment. He smiled tightly at Greg.

“Perhaps another time. You have murders to attend to, I gather?” He inclined his head towards Sherlock.

Greg nodded, gathering himself mentally. There was something about the man that made him feel just slightly off kilter, but not in a bad way. He turned to Sherlock.

“You’ll come, yes?”

Sherlock nodded, still looking between him and the man like they were a particularly mysterious double murder. “I’ll follow along in a cab.” He agreed.

“Thank you.” With a nod and a wave, Greg turned and left.

Sherlock and Sally are really old friends just like Sherlock said. They just have weird ways of showing this sometimes.

Can be a 5 times fic like 5 times they showed it in a weird way and +1 where their sentiment as Sherlock would say really shone through or a normal story...

Every now and then Sherlock asks John to be completely in charge and dominating during sex. It's not a regular occurrence, but sometimes Sheroick just wants to be taken hard and fast, have his hair pulled, his wrists pinned down as John fucks him into the mattress.

John is very gentle and affectionate afterwards.

So I just read a really good fic in another fandom where a character suffered from this, and it got me thinking about Sherlock

Sherlock suffers from Cortard Delusion. Also known as Walking Corpse Syndrome. This is a genuine mental illness whereby the person beleives themselves to be dead.

For Sherlock, the onset of this could be post Reichenbach, post Serbia or maybe post HLV.

Maybe Sherlock displays some of his more self destructive tendancies. What does it matter? He's already dead.

Maybe, because Sherlock knows all the signs of death in a corpse, he becomes sure that he can feel all of these signs in his own body (he is permenantly cold, is convinced he has no pulse, can feel the stiffness of rigor mortis in his limbs, perhaps he can even feel the rot inside his body)

Bonus if Sherlock casually anounces the 'fact' that he is dead to John. John, as a doctor and a friend, is horrified that Sherlock beleives this to be true.
