No one doubts Sherlock is an omega, even if he doesn't act much like one. It's written all over him and people have no problem reminding him what he is supposed to be like.

John on the other hand can pass for a beta during any time other than his heat. People frequently do a double take when he does something omega-ish and imply that he'd might as well be a beta.

They meet and slowly something develops between them.

An au where either Sherlock or John was raised by wolves (or another wild animal.)

I can totally picture a Sherlock that was raised by wolves! Like he got lost when he was younger and everyone thought he was dead. Mycroft never got over it, so when 15-20 years later, people find this man running out in the woods with some wolves, he wonders. Once he sees it really is his brother, he brings him home. It a very confusing time for Sherlock, but eventually he manages to learn enough about humans to convince Mycroft to let him live alone.

Sherlock likes solving crime because it reminds him of tracking and hunting with his pack. He doesn't have a high opinion of humans, but John is different, he's almost like a wolf.

Gen, John/Sherlock or Mycroft/Any.

Inspired by the most wonderful story I've just finished reading and strongly recommend to everyone ('Undoing Fate' by sator_square - http: / / archiveofourown. org/ works /389602 (don't be discouraged by the pairing!) ). It's, basically, about the way Mycroft would make everything possible and completely impossible to keep Sherlock alive and safe.

Somebody, it can be anyone, a friend (Mrs Hudson? John? Greg? Anyone, who knows this situation very well, as long as they are not an OC) or an enemy, confronts Sherlock on being a horrible, ungrateful arse when it comes to his treatment of Mycroft. Mycroft, obviously, cares about him and would do anything for him, has already done a lot for him. If not for Mycroft, Sherlock would not have had his genius potential properly addressed, he would not have found his vocation, he would not have lived long enough to find the Work and meet John. He would've had serious obstacles on the way to starting the Work instead of rotting in drug dens. Mycroft would risk his own job and life in order for Sherlock to be okay. Despite all of that, Sherlock is absolutely horrible to him.

I'd love Sherlock to be properly shamed and flooded with memories of the things Mycroft has done for him.

A huge bonus if it's not S4 compliant in any possible way.

After being invalided John doesn't know what to do with himself. But one day he's contacted by someone (Anthea?) with an offer to become a carer of an ill/temporarily(?) disabled man. John's skills are required, because the man's job is dangerous (he still works from home) and his new doctor should be someone who can protect both himself and his charge if something happens (maybe something happened to the previous doctor?), because John will have to spend quite a lot of time with said charge. And, yes, they know that John's hands are perfectly steady when it's required.

John takes the opportunity and becomes Mycroft's full-time doctor and carer. Maybe Mycroft was attacked and seriously injured, so, now that he's still on his rehabilitation course, he needs a lot of care and medication. Maybe he's seriously (preferably not terminally) ill and it'll take quite a while for him to get back on his feet. IDK, I leave it up to you.

Attention to the caring/medical aspect would make me absolutely happy.

So John starts working for Mycroft and one day he meets Sherlock. He's both intrigued by him and is furious, because he doesn't like his charge to be shouted at, sneered, mocked or upset in any way, even though he probably knows by now that Mycroft isn't easy to get an emotional response from. So he scolds Sherlock thoroughly and shows him the door.

Eventually, he and Sherlock become closer, though. I prefer pre-relationship with mutual feelings.

Bonus if John still shoots the cabbie, even though he doesn't yet live in 221B. Maybe he learns something and follows Sherlock, only to end up protecting him from the murderer and himself.

Sherlock has a personal crisis because he finds John sexually attractive and he had never been interested in someone like that before. No matter what he does he can't get John out of his head and gets hopelessly turned on watching him. Maybe he doesn't even realize what is happening at first and blames his arousal/distraction on other things.

Sherlock buys former military slave John Watson on a whim and becomes enamored with him, but when Sherlock is forced to fake his own death, he believes John will be safe under Mycroft's care. He comes back to find that John has been sold, repeatedly.
When Sherlock finally tracks him down at a slave brothel no less, John is furious and refuses to go home with Sherlock. Sherlock has to earn back his trust and in the process learns what went on while he was away.

In the course of his drug habit, Sherlock runs afoul of the wrong people. They forge documents that make it appear he gave up his right to personhood and sell him to an institution working on perfecting an experimental series of surgeries that will transform him from human to animal. The process is slow as nearly everything is reshaped, his jaws, spine, limbs, even his genitals. Along with the physical transformation, his attending doctor, John Watson, will be responsible for guiding his behavior to suit his new form.

I'd love to read some filthy, filthy smut with these two. No non-con, please.

I know there are many age play stories, but I have yet to find things that I'd love to see in such a story.

Sometimes Sherlock becomes overwhelmed and needs to give control to John entirely. Maybe they have tried BDSMish things (only Dom!John, please) or intended to try, but it's not really what Sherlock needs. When John manages to realise that what Sherlock needs is being infantilised and taken care of, he suggests it, and while Sherlock is uncomfortable at first, he quickly warms up to the idea.

But it has to be a somewhat realistic, interesting roleplay from the very start. For example, John finds an abandoned 'baby' (or 'toddler') on his way from work. Of course, he can't just leave a (crying?) 'child' all alone, so he takes him home, bathes him and takes care of him. It a good thing John is a doctor, so he can properly examine and take care of the 'boy'. (Medical kink is more than welcome!)

Of course, he needs to buy things for his new 'child', so he buys nappies, baby creams, powders, bottles, dummies and stuff like that (I mean the full experience with the usage of all relevant products, though no complicated equipment is required).

Maybe it starts with John being a doctor and a carer for the previously hurt, touch-starved, neglected and unwanted 'child', but then ends up 'adopting' him.

Sherlock absolutely loves that he and John have a secret like this, and it's just for the two of them.

If the age play is borderline sexual, it would be perfect!

John doesn't give a fuck about Sherlock and Moriarty's 'great games'. All he knows is that someone he cares deeply about is in danger. John would rather have Sherlock bored than hurt or dead. So he lets his darker side out.

Somehow, he manages to find Moriarty and murders him in cold blood. It's brutal and messy. He also finds a few other people who have threatened Sherlock and murders them as well. When his killing spree is over, he places the bodies next to each other in a public place (IDK, maybe it's a bench in a park and the bloodied corpses are left sitting side by side, or anything equally gruesome). It's a message to the criminal world not to fuck with Sherlock and himself.

I'd love to see the media reaction, the criminal world's reaction, and, of course, Sherlock's reaction (maybe he's called to investigate and is shocked where he leads him, while John is completely calm next to him). Is Sherlock scared? Aroused? Or both?

What is says on the tin.

After the Sherrinford incident, Mycroft is fired and Sherlock, trying to be a good brother, asks him to join the detective business. Not wanting to sulk at home, Mycroft agrees - but it's very difficult for all the people involved to get used to this new arrangement.

Optional Mystrade - but appreciated.

John is straight, he loves Sherlock, but is completely uninterested in him sexually and prefers to sleep with women. Sherlock on the other hand is extremely interested in John sexually and believes if John would just try it, he'd like sex with Sherlock.
Someway somehow, John and Sherlock end up in bed together and Sherlock fucks John into the mattress. Sherlock is very skilled and manages to make it physically pleasurable for John, but John isn't entirely comfortable with it mentally. Which results in a personal crisis for John.

When Sherlock was a child, he was kidnapped and sexually assaulted. He remembers managing to run away from the rapist afterwards.

What he doesn't remember is that he wasn't alone there. There was another boy, whom Sherlock had never seen before and whom he left behind when he ran away. Said boy hoped that Sherlock would bring help and he would be rescued 'any moment now'. But Sherlock was too traumatised to talk when he was asked questions by the police, psychologists and his parents. Maybe he unconsciously deleted a lot of things about the kidnapping and assault to preserve his sanity, even though he knew those things had happened, so he didn't remember there was another boy still in the hands of the rapist and where the location was.

Because of Sherlock's silence, Jim spent many more days with the monster, who put him through a living hell before the police finds the place.

Jim may not be what he has become because of that, maybe he was born into a neglectful/abusive household or had some untreated mental problems from the start, but it definitely contributed a lot, seriously fucking him up. So that is why he wants to burn Sherlock's heart out, especially because Sherlock has long since moved on, or so it seems, whereas Jim can't, not really.

And then Sherlock remembers.

Bonus if Mycroft knows the story, but wanted to protect Sherlock without triggering those horrible memories.

Gen or pre-John/Sherlock, please.

YES! Jim driven by something so personal rather than boredom is so much better!

Everyone is shocked when Lord Sherlock Holmes takes on an ordinary laborer, ostensibly the most worthless of slaves, as his personal pleasure slave. Not only is John about 15 years older than most pleasure slaves, his scarred body is hardly worth looking at, and he is completely untrained and uncivilized.

John himself is quite surprised as well when he's taken from the place he lived and worked, even more so when he is pierced and adorned with jewels before being chained to a bed. Becoming a pleasure slave is that last thing he expected in his life and things become even more confusing when the man who uprooted his life for this doesn't even want to use him.

(let's say pleasure slaves are chained at all times, more for decoration than anything else, but it's expected that if they aren't chained to the bed, their master is holding their chain. Also they wear nothing but the intricate jewelry their masters gift them, which is why they have a large number of piercings.)

One day Jim just casually lowers his trousers and fixes one of his suspenders, because, yes, underneath his nice, expensive suits he wears stockings (maybe with those adorable bows on the elastics), a suspender belt, lace panties and, quite often, corsets. The only one who's present is Jim's loyal bodyguard Sebastian. After this scene, Sebastian loses his sleep over it. He wants Jim. Every time he sees Jim, he imagines what kind of lingerie he's wearing and fantasises about being allowed to fuck his boss' brains out.

One day he can't take it anymore. He tears Jim's clothes down, bends him over (maybe kisses and licks everything he can) and fucks him while Jim is still wearing those sexy things, only the panties are lowered. It can be a bit dub-conish at first, but Jim is very much into it, especially when Sebastian is so turned on by him.

Bonus: the police (probably with John and Sherlock) break in only to stumble into the whole thing (hopefully, Jim and Seb have enough time to finish ;) ). Maybe some are stunned (bonus if there's at least a small confirmation for Mycroft's words about Sherlock finding sex alarming). When Jim (still just in his lingerie) and Seb are escorted out, there are press and photographers outside, and Jim makes sure to show off, rock his hips and wiggle his lace-clad bum for the public.

The true villain, the only true ruler of the criminal empire is, in fact, Sebastian, an extremely dangerous criminal boss, still with some influence in the army, even though his career in the army is long over.

And Jim? Jim is just a pet of his, a pet with mental health issues, history of childhood abuse and now Stockholm syndrome. Maybe Moran is quite a few years older and started grooming Jim when Jim was still a boy, and maybe it became sexual as early as back then. Despite serious mental problems, Jim wasn't supposed to become a violent psychopath. Sebastian is very skilful at pulling his strings. Jim both worships him and is scared of him. Sebastian uses him for many things, including the illusion that Jim is the boss, which many of Sebastian's men believe, while their true boss, the real spider, works from behind the scenes, like a true mastermind he is.

Bonus: when Sebastian no longer needs Jim, because the time of Jim Moriarty, the fake criminal mastermind, is gone, as the truth is finally out, Mycroft picks up the discarded, broken doll Jim is.

OMG! YES! AND THE BONUS TOO PLEASE!

John is a human cow, a person kept in a barn or shed and regularly pumped for milk. He's abused because his breasts are small and don't produce much milk, but then his keeper is mysteriously murdered. John saw something that could help solve the case, but no one thinks to ask because human cows are almost as dumb as regular cows, right?
Sherlock figures out that John knows something, but the only way he can gain access to him is to buy him. Sherlock doesn't quite anticipate what it takes to care for a human cow, feeding him, milking him, and all that. nor does he expect John's insistence at caring for him in return.

Either John or Sherlock gets castrated. (the more traumatic the circumstances the better)
Graphic descriptions are fine, but I'd like to see the aftermath more. The psychological impact that kind of injury creates is huge, and is bound to affect all sorts of things in their life. Give me plenty of hurt, with some comfort as well.

Both Jim and Sherlock are Omegas. On the roof it becomes clear to Sherlock that Jim is pregnant (maybe he deduces it or Mycroft has told him earlier), probably already showing, at least a little, so Jim's suicide would be... complicated, to say the least. How does it change anything? Whether the Fall still happens or not is up to you.

Sebastian knows about Jim's plan and he also knows there's a huge possibility of Jim killing himself in the process. Problem is, as much as Sebastian is loyal to what Jim does, he also cares about him and won't just stand there letting him die. Maybe they have a verbal fight (probably not unlike John and Sherlock) and, as Sebastian can't trust anyone among their people with what he intends to do, he finds John and approaches him instead. Sebastian respects another strong ex-army man, whom he has a common goal with, so he shares some important information with him. It's up to the two of them to stop the Fall and make sure both Jim and Sherlock live.

I prefer established (but maybe on and off) relationship between Jim and Seb, and pre-relationship with mutual pining between John and Sherlock.

Bonus: for Jim Seb is lot like John for Sherlock, and Jim is bad at taking care of himself. Sebastian has to make sure Jim eats and sleeps (takes his meds, at least sometimes?). Maybe he knows Jim's embarrassing secrets, something very personal.

Fed up with city life, John visits a rach in search of a good-looking guy. Who John meets at that peaceful ranch, however, is a horse named Sherlock with a handsome human face. Before he knows it, he agrees to start training him... Is this a dream or a nightmare?

Sherlock is back on drugs, and things look very bad. Mycroft fails to convince or threaten him into going to a rehab centre. Sherlock does whatever the hell he wants, probably nearly dies, too.

Eventually, Mycroft has a breakdown.

A huge bonus if John takes all Sherlock-related matters into his own hands so that Mycroft can focus on his own undermined health.

Greg/Mycroft is okay with me if you want to include it, though I prefer no established relationship.

Please, nothing s4 compliant.

S4 au where someone took over John's body and pretended to be him, all the while the real John is trapped in the body of an animal and trying to attract Sherlock's attention.
