Please do not re-post prompts unless the last time they were prompted was on an older part. Simply put: ONE posting of each prompt per part.

RPF (real person fic, i.e. fic involving the actors themselves) is not supported at this meme.

I've just finished the Fargo TV series with Martin Freeman and would really love to see Malvo pop up in London, and Sherlock and John having to investigate a crime Malvo's committed or is involved in. John's still John (and in no way related to Lester). A Sherlock/Malvo confrontation would be great.

If I thought I could write Malvo, I would totally do this. OMG it would be incredible if someone filled this.

Mrs Hudson and Mrs Turner are having a fight over whose boys are better (Mrs Turner is just as caring and motherly towards her Married Ones as Mrs Hudson towards John and Sherlock). Maybe The Married Ones are somewhat interesting, too. Maybe one of them is an artist, for example, or a fireman, who has saved many people. Also, they are beautiful, romantic, and so on, and so on. Of course, Mrs Hudson believes that they can't compete with her consulting detective and the army captain as well as doctor and their adventures. Mrs Turner just waves it off, because John and Sherlock aren't even a couple, so she, sort of, wins the argument (Maybe Mrs Hudson tries to insist that Sherlock and John love each other, but it doesn't work. "Look, Mr Watson is going out with another girlfriend of his, while Mr Holmes isn't even interested in relationships at all" and Mrs Hudson should quit her drugs, because they make her imagination go wild).

Mrs Hudson can't leave it like that. She wants her own married ones, both because she believes that they belong together and because she wants to win the argument). So she starts doing stuff (anything goes) to make them get together, which isn't easy at all. Maybe some things end up very awkward, some - absolutely disastrous. Whether she succeeds or not is up to a filler.

In a world full of soulmates (there is some sort of identifier: physical, mental, external, etc. for matches) John and Sherlock do NOT match. But somehow, along the way, they start falling for each other. Then just as they are getting into total and eternal commitment with each other, along comes one of their soulmates.

Maybe both of their soulmates turn up eventually. Maybe John or Sherlock had been with their soulmate before but their match died and now they don't want to deny the other that so they back off. Or perhaps neither of them had found their soul mate yet, and one or both of them goes off willingly, enchanted by the idea. It's up to you.

Cue angst and conflicting emotions. After a while and lots of deep introspection and confusion, they both realize that the other is whom they love. If the way they identify soulmates is a physical manifestation, it doesn't change. There is no obvious way for them to tell that their souls have changed to match.

Something happens and John decides that this is it, he's got to move out and move on (any reason is okay, I guess. Maybe they've had a fight over something. Or there was no real fight, just something really upsetting. Maybe it's drugs, maybe John contemplates getting married and starting a family).

One morning Sherlock wakes up and realises that John is gone together with all of his belongings. He freaks the hell out and panics really badly.

Please, no pre-established John/Sherlock, but I don't mind the feelings (unrequited love is okay, too. I'm even okay if John learns that Sherlock is in love with him and moves out to avoid hurting him. Maybe Sherlock gave himself out in a fit of jealousy, I don't know, it's up to you). I don't mind a good ending, as long as John doesn't come back with his tale between his legs.

Sorry it's tail. -___- I probably have been reading too much of fanfiction lately. Together with lie-lay, bare-bear and your-you're, tale-tail has become a common mistake.

Don't base your mindscape on a real place.
Once upon a time Sherlock lost himself in his mind palace and started to believe it was the real world. Mycroft managed to get him out somehow, but it wasn't easy. Some reason for sibling animosity?
Nowadays Sherlock knows what's real and what isn't, but that doesn't mean he doesn't struggle with it on a day-to-day basis.
Maybe someone tries to explain it to John, who doesn't fully grasp the impact it has on Sherlock's everyday life? I figure it might be a vague concept of self-induced insanity if one hasn't seen a movie like Inception...

TV Canon compliant if possible. Otherwise not opposed to Johnlock. No Sheriarty please.

I haven't seen inception; would you still be interested in a fill? It'd be Sherlock canon-compliant, but not Inception-compliant. I think it sounds really promising!

John was straight before, but now he's a bottom for Sherlock, in an established relationship, because he loves him. They make love lying on their sides in bed, slowly, with all the lights off, and sweet words are whispered. Sherlock loves John, and that's why he never asked for more. But John doesn't know that Sherlock used to be a Dom before, one with a reputation and a very dirty mouth. Things change when Victor, old friend and once Sherlock's Sub, unexpectedly comes to London and visits. If he knows about John at all, he believes their relationship to be as open as all of Sherlock's used to be. When he falls to his knees in 221B and begs Sherlock to let him suck his cock, Sherlock can't resist. It may happen again occasionally, or only once, and Sherlock hides it from John while trying to justify it to himself. John eventually finds out, and he's hurt at first, of course, but I'd love to see John determined to prove to Sherlock that he can learn this too, and be up to Sherlock's high standards, just as well.

Can someone please write something where Sherlock has been rendered catatonic by something happening to him, and then maybe with John trying to help him through it? I just have this image stuck in my head of a catatonic Sherlock laying on the sofa and John caring for him and trying to break him out of it.
Slash, pre-slash or gen is fine, as long as John is caring for Sherlock!

There's a scene in "The Light Long Gone" by tenderly_wicked when Sherlock goes catatonic, sort of. The fic was on AO3.

John thinks that sex just isn't Sherlock's thing, as he's always suspected, and maybe he's quite right, but there's more to it. One day he learns that Sherlock is intersex. John assures him that it's alright and, contrary to Sherlock's fears, John absolutely won't be disgusted by him.

I would love John to play with Sherlock's genitalia and arse with his mouth and fingers, lavish his body with affection, inspect it thoroughly (give Sherlock an orgasm or two in the process), and only then penetrate him.

Feeling lazy, Sherlock asks John to give him his violin. John is exasperated with him, but, as usual, does what Sherlock asks him to. Carefully, he takes the instrument in his hands... and, as Sherlock sees it, he suddenly gets a mind-blowing erection. At first he thinks it's some sort of an accident, but when it happens again, his body reacts the same way (he even comes in his trousers and becomes very vocal, which gives him away to the very stunned John). It just works this way, John touches the violin, gently runs his hand over it and such, and Sherlock gets aroused or even comes. Sherlock is otherwise mostly asexual.

It's great if John and Sherlock are in an asexual relationship (but they can have sex anyway sometimes, because Sherlock doesn't mind and John is sexual), but now that they know about that violin thing they can experiment. They can also experiment without having a relationship before (in that case I prefer virgin!Sherlock), it's up to you.

One day Harry meets Anthea, maybe while visiting John (maybe she's even drunk when it happens, so it's not a pleasant situation) and falls hard for her. She even quits drinking and puts herself together, because there's no way a beauty like Anthea would like to be near a drunkard, right? She starts courting, and somehow tries to seduce, Anthea (Watsons know how to do those things ;-)). And maybe she succeeds.

People always underestimate John, despite John's toughness he has proved time and again and despite his military past (people don't become captains for nothing), so when another powerful villain appears, that person forgets about John, doesn't even take him into consideration, and goes for Mycroft and Sherlock. Idk, maybe the both of them get kidnapped, nearly killed, or are in grave danger in any other way when their situation is seemingly hopeless. The baddie nearly celebrates the victory when John appears and deals with them, saving Sherlock and Mycroft. If one or both are injured he can also switch to his doctor mode.

John/Sherlock would make me happy, especially non-sexual.

This isn't an omegaverse and Sherlock and John aren't an Omega and Alpha. But Sherlock gets pregnant anyway. I don't care if it's a unique case or it has already happened before to somebody else.

Possible scenario: Sherlock has been kidnapped, held captive in some secret facility and experimented on, but doesn't remember much (drugs). The experiment had studied male pregnancy, but Sherlock didn't know about it until much later he got pregnant with John's baby.

The pregnancy is complicated, Sherlock needs a lot of care and medical attention. He's also not sure he wants the baby and possibly has a breakdown and attempts abortion.

Good ending or not is up to you.

This is a very realistic take on MPreg! And the pregnancy is a result of Sherlock being Sherlock, as someone wrote in the comments. The story itself is super interesting.

When Mycroft kidnaps Sherlock to discuss something important (at least in Mycroft's opinion), Sherlock goes into labour in his car and gives birth before they manage to get into a hospital (or to get John). He's been having contractions for quite a while, but trying to hide it as best as he can to avoid showing Mycroft any weakness. But then the hell (and the water) breaks loose and it becomes too painful and too obvious to hide. And, yep, he gives birth. Mycroft is assured that Sherlock has done it just to spite him and is not amused.

Usually I'm not very interested in pregnancy fics, but this is a fic I'd read very gladly, so +1 please someone write this.

John's too busy being a family man, so Sherlock takes a dangerous case by himself and ends up getting captured and brutally tortured. It takes a few weeks before he's found, but John didn't even notice he was gone - maybe he was even angry at Sherlock for not answering his texts, but he was too busy to go check on him. Sherlock is a broken man after his ordeal - his injuries are severe and likely to have permanent consequences, he's traumatized and John is the only one he doesn't flinch from. John doesn't think he deserves that level of trust since he wasn't there when Sherlock needed him most, but he does his best to help Sherlock recover, taking care of him with love and gentleness.

Bonus points if Sherlock got into the dangerous situation because he was protecting John somehow.

I've read many wonderful fics where Sherlock is ftm, intersex, genderless etc, and I loved them, but I got this idea...

Sherlock is a woman. She's perfectly comfortable with her gender, no dysphoria, no desire to become a man. Sometime before she started consulting for the police, she was investigating a case that required her to enter a men-only club/gym/school/etc, so the obvious choice was to go undercover as a man. When Mycroft found out what she was planning to do, he told her she wouldn't last an hour before getting discovered... SO SHE KEPT IT UP FOR TEN YEARS, just to show him. Therefore no one in her life (Mrs Hudson, Lestrade, Molly, John etc) have any idea that Sherlock is, in fact, a girl's name.

Sometime before TRF, Sherlock falls for John, and realizes that she has to return to being a woman if she wants him to be interested in her...............

As the world's best consulting criminal, he also had a certain reputation to maintain.

Generally in these 'verses we get Alpha/Sentinel!Sherlock and Omega/Guide!John. I get that the Venn diagrams of the two tropes would seem to lock those two roles.

BUT I've long pined to read Alpha/Guide!John and Omega/Sentinel!Sherlock. Bonus for heat soul bonding but not required.

Don't care if they're soul mates in a universe where AS/OG is the dominant system or if their are common identities. I'd just like someone to play with the Sentinel senses/abiltities in an Omega physique for Sherlock and the Guide intuition in our solider Alpha John.

AU where Werewolves live among normal people and only a few, like Mycroft know about their existence. On a case, during fool moon, John gets bitten. But they don't pay any attention to it and move on. Before the next full moon John behavior starts to change and he gets aggressive, both in and out of bed. When the full moon rises, John finally turns into an wolf. He tries to kill Sherlock in his wolf form but doesn't because he can recognize Sherlock as his mate because of his smell. So instead he tries to have sex with him.

Bonus 1 - John's guilt the morning after because he attacked Sherlock.

Bonus 2 - A bit of Sherlock vs Mycroft, because Sherlock deserved to be aware of this situation.

Bonus 3 - Case fic, because l love'em. But it's not necessary.

John and Sherlock sustained an on-again/off-again relationship through the entirety of S1 and S2, which ended abruptly with Sherlock's "death".

When Sherlock revealed that he didn't actually die at the end of S2, he assumed things would go back to normal. And then John and Mary got married, and the new "normal" became picking out baby clothes/names and John slowly withdrawing into his own little world.

And Sherlock's not handling it so well. He's using again, he's smoking, he's not sleeping - essentially, he's pushing his body as far as it will go to try and ignore the pain of John leaving.

Until he can't push himself anymore. John notices and does his best to fix what's happened.

Sherlock is a musician in King James' court. Jim values him for his ability to play beautiful music... but when he is almost murdered by one of his courtiers, and Sherlock brilliantly deduces who the culprit is...

Well, Jim has never been so turned on by someone's intelligence since... well, actually, his own.

nature-documentary-type observation of Sherlock trying to court John. I'm imagining things like buying milk (when they don't need it or accidentally buying buttermilk or something), bringing him those flowers that smell like rotting meat, buying him weird chocolates, etc. Basically all the bad tropes for romantic advice because Sherlock has no clue what he's doing :-D
