Either John or Sherlock gets castrated. (the more traumatic the circumstances the better)
Graphic descriptions are fine, but I'd like to see the aftermath more. The psychological impact that kind of injury creates is huge, and is bound to affect all sorts of things in their life. Give me plenty of hurt, with some comfort as well.
