Like the Personification of it??

But he let Mycroft do everything instead of doing it himself??

He went to war for England and came back maybe planning to start up his "job" finally??

But he met Sherlock while healing from his wounds and psyche problems??

Decided to stay with Sherlock, try to be normal but everything in the Gov was getting kinda bad, what with Moriarty and all his sh-tuff??

Jumpers, mildness, and being a bit of a push over is all just a mask he wears so no one knows that he is The British Government?

Don't know if he would fool Moriarty or not...so many scenario's in my head for that that I don't have a single clear image for it...have fun, yeah?
