GUIDELINES

Anon posting is not required, but most definitely allowed. If you think you recognise an anon, keep it to yourself and don’t out them. IP tracking is off, and will remain that way.

Multiple fills are encouraged, and all kinds of fills are accepted! Fic, art, vids, cosplay, interpretive dance — whatever. Go wild! :D

Don’t reprompt until TWO parts after the last posting of the prompt.

RPF (real person fic, i.e. fic involving the actors themselves) is not supported at this meme.

Concrit is welcome, but kinkshaming, hijacking, and flaming are not tolerated.

Sherlock's 'transport' has had enough of neglect. He starts having problems with his digestion, his belly hurts often enough for it to become distracting, so he ends up coming to John's work to be examined and get help.

After examining Sherlock, John prescribes him something, but before the course of medication actually works (if it even helps after Sherlock being so uncaring towards his own health), Sherlock needs an enema as often as necessary.

John ends up being the one who gives it to him to make it properly. Sherlock is really embarrassed, especially the first time it happens. He feels exposed and a bit overwhelmed by all those physical sensations (can be arousing all the same).

John keeps doing it for him every time he needs it. It's not really about Sherlock developing an enema fetish (but maybe it's a part of it, too), it's John's hands that touch him, spread his cheeks and insert that slick nozzle, and John controlling the whole procedure, that make Sherlock get hard almost every time, to his own mortification (arousal and glaring shame at the same time... what can be better than that? :P). And even squirming in discomfort while his bottom slowly gets filled with water (soapy or with any other suitable solution) is somewhat appealing.

John is not blind and Sherlock's reactions intrigue him (and arouse him, too). Eventually, he ventures to do more touching, such as gently rubbing that pale bum while the water flows into it. Then he goes as far as to start fingering Sherlock (for example, after the whole procedure, with a finger slicked with some ointment to lessen any possible irritation (some prostate touching, too, please).

Sherlock starts getting painfully hard before they even start getting ready for another procedure, every fucking time. He's so aroused that when John doesn't see, Sherlock has to masturbate afterwards, which is something he hasn't done since he was a teen.

When they are too busy with a case and there's no opportunity to administer an enema, John pushes laxative suppositories into Sherlock's bottom, even when they are not at home and there's a small risk of being walked in on.

Eventually, John starts taking care of Sherlock's erections during enema administrations by stroking his penis.
