GUIDELINES

• Anon posting is not required, but most definitely allowed. If you think you recognise an anon, keep it to yourself and don’t out them. IP tracking is off, and will remain that way.


• Multiple fills are encouraged, and all kinds of fills are accepted! Fic, art, vids, cosplay, interpretive dance — whatever. Go wild! :D


• Don’t reprompt until TWO parts after the last posting of the prompt.


• RPF (real person fic, i.e. fic involving the actors themselves) is not supported at this meme.


• Concrit is welcome, but kinkshaming, hijacking, and flaming are not tolerated.

If the part you wanted isn't up yet, just wait and one of the archivists will get to it, but please, once it is up, make sure you post your fills there according to the guidelines. DO NOT skip out on doing this because it seems like too much effort. If you want your fill to make it to the Delicious archive, that’s the way to do it.

Do not be afraid to ask questions about how it works if you are confused! The mods will be happy to explain.

WARNINGS/OFFENSIVE WORDING IN PROMPTS
Please consider warning for prompts that may trigger people (and also for fills, because some people read in flat view) and phrasing prompts in a manner that strives to be respectful.

Things which you might want to consider warning for include: Rape/Non-Con, Death, Suicidal Thoughts, Self-Harm, Underage Relationships, among others.

That being said, this is a kink meme. As such, there will be prompts that could offend you in a number of different ways. Not every prompt will have a trigger warning, and not every prompt will rub you the right way. If you have an issue with a specific prompt, feel free to bring it up in a discussion that takes place off the meme. However, flaming will not be tolerated regardless of origin.

PROMPT FREEZES

After cleaning up the shattered glass as well as the overall mess, John finally settled down along with Mycroft once more. The British government insisted on John getting a cuppa so without hesitation he resumed his task on getting one; barely touching it.

Mycroft in question seen better days. He retained a majority of his mask but ebbs of it cracked away, making him seem older than being in his mid thirties. His hair fell out of its normal style; parts of it ghosting his forehead.

"I suggest we start this from the beginning Dr. Watson no matter how much it pains me to do so."

Mycroft regrets that he disregarded the saying "To observe not only to see." He saw his younger brother Sherlock as somewhat of an eccentric prodigy; similar but different than himself. Stupid in some regards.

What he didn't see was Sherlock's own inter turmoil; too involved with his own ambitions.

His parents were a combination of being smart and somewhat strange so they often left the two children to their own devices.

They enjoyed superheroes and understood the rights of mutants but also found them interesting. Mycroft on the other hand didn't share the same sentiment although he did find such people to be more useful when manipulated.

So to not notice his own brother as a mutant made the man when he reached adulthood appalled, out put, and have a sense of indignité. He could had made Sherlock into a great man who could control his powers; both brothers working together to improve England. He had suspicions yes but never stone evidence that the misfortunes that involved his little brother was due to his powers.

Instead the boy ended up being scared and defiant when he finally realized the truth; off put and protecting his heart from everyone, even his own family.

Mycroft learned of such things when Sherlock ended up at the Baskerville research facility moderated by SHIELD. He didn't enjoy how they were still running the New Solider Project; trying to outdo the American's own feats of creating a man beyond expectations. He couldn't voice his opinion, not yet of course. The ginger young man was only 'slightly wet behind the ears' and he needed to ensnare more of the other officials before he could make way.

He kept an eye on his brother but for the experiment to go wrong, when it had been going correctly without fault, so unexpected made him realize that the horrible bus crash that injured and killed a few students years ago had been Sherlock's doing. The time that the man that worked with father ended up with horrible food poisoning who called Mycroft and Sherlock 'posh looking arrogant children who should know their place.' There was no such thing as a coincidence on that strain of massive level.

Sherlock tried, oh he tried so hard to control the incident but it didn't work so Mycroft put himself in danger to save his brother. Unfortunately his sibling's powers seemed to cause chaos to everyone but himself in question so Mycroft ended up being contaminated by the isotope that they used for the new experimental serum.

He couldn't recall much after that despite his photographic memory. It felt like a horrible nightmare when SHIELD informed him that his brother was an Omega level class incident and had to be contained. That his little brother was dead.

All he could hear was the ringing of blood in his ears, the rage that radiated through his bloodstream and his nerves. Mycroft remembered demolishing a good part of the facility, of smashing everything, trying to find a body, taking revenge.

'Smash, Smash, SMASH!'

When he awoke again he ended up in another area unknown to him without any injures; his body as pristine as before.

His boss at the time entered the room with him rather than SHIELD ops, informing him that he had a full time job working for the government of England; SIS. The man seemed solemn as he spoke but Mycroft could see the fear in his eyes, the wearily sweat on his brow as if he didn't want to be in the same room as the young man.

The ginger haired man felt as if a weight was semi lifted from his form because didn't feel so isolated from Sherlock anymore mentally; having one thing in common.

They were both considered abominations.
