*sigh* At the risk of getting chewed out, it's Mary Morstan. I'm a huge Johnlock fan, so I can't easily accept the idea of John finding someone else and moving on, and I can't handle the idea of a third wheel even in a platonic friendship, which is how the lovely Amanda Abbington herself described Mary's impact on John and Sherlock's relationship and friendship. Which is only natural. A decent guy like John Watson would truly share everything in his life with his life partner. I know it's part of ACD canon but... *sigh* I know it will be handled brilliantly -- I wouldn't expect anything less from the writers. I'm glad we will see more of Molly. Thank you for your generous offer to say more. I do have one thing I can't get out of my mind: "The one person he thought didn't matter at all to me was the one person that mattered the most" -- isn't it Molly? It seems so obvious to me it must be Molly but so many people are saying John. How can it be John though? John mattered so much Sherlock had to fake his own death to protect him.
Thanks again for sharing so many interesting information. I'm the kind of person who has to find out before watching a movie who exactly will die, whose heart will be broken, and so on, because I can't handle the suspense at all.
