Yeah. When I taught Sunday School we had to go through a class on the appropriate way to touch kids (pretty much not at all, it turns out). But kids that age want to hug, want to sit on your lap, want to throw their arms around you...it stinks to not be able to give any of that affection back.

Doesn't it just? Even when the kids are acting up I still love them to an insane degree, and if I knew them in any other capacity I would be hugging them, swinging them round, throwing them up in the air etc.
