Mary and John leave for a medical conference or something and leave Rosie (age 7-8?) with her Uncle Sherlock for the day. Sherlock's feeling slightly under the weather, but, since he's the self-destructive giant toddler we all know and love, doesn't mention it. Anyway he feels worse as the day goes on and it ends up with Rosie and Mrs Hudson taking care of him - fluff ensues and Mary and John come home ti find the three of them :D

I've had this idea in my head for a while but I'm hoping that somone with more honed creative talents can fill it for me :D
