The first thing Sherlock does after returning from his hiatus is to go to Angelo's, scare the living daylights out of the proprietor, and proceed to gorge himself on food. After two years of not knowing where his next meal was coming from, food's not just fuel any more.

Up to anon whether you include any other scenes - maybe you could include one with John being amazed at how much fish and chips/tea and biscuits/wedding cake Sherlock's managing to stuff himself with these days. For some reason I'd like to see John catching him eating peanut butter out of the jar.
