I just really want to see a fic in which Sherlock is deducing stuff about someone before speaking to them, and in doing that he works out that they're transgender (without having actually transitioned yet or come out to anyone) and he uses their proper pronouns. Cue their surprised/grateful reaction.
I dunno, just a thing. Preferably no smut and so on, but the ficcer can take this in whatever direction they want.
