Please do not re-post prompts unless the last time they were prompted was on an older part. Simply put: ONE posting of each prompt per part.

RPF (real person fic, i.e. fic involving the actors themselves) is not supported at this meme.

Concrit is welcome, but kinkshaming, hijacking, and flaming are not tolerated.

I like this prompt! Someone please write it!

Sherlock and John have drifted apart somewhat after John's daughter was born, but John still visits Sherlock more or less regularly. One day, Sherlock asks John to please stay the night. John's reluctant not go back to his family, but eventually agrees and sleeps in his old room. He wakes up in the middle of the night and notices the door is ajar even though he closed it, and finds Sherlock sleeping on the floor right outside the door.

Eventually John understands that Sherlock is traumatized both from his time away and another occasion when he got caught and tortured while on a case alone and/or protecting John and his family, and suffers from insomnia and horrible nightmares and only manages to get a decent night's sleep if he can hear John breathing.

John realizes how much Sherlock needs him and helps him recover.

(Platonic relationship with pining Sherlock or slowly evolving Johnlock is fine, but please no John cheating on Mary.)

John and Sherlock get married...and literally nothing changes. Your challenge: Totally platonic. No slash. No romance. No friends to lovers.

Maybe they've gotten tired of calling Mycroft every time they need something legal set up (like medical power of attorney). Maybe they've looked at all the options in society and say a marriage is the closest thing to fulfilling their needs (legal, social, whatever). Maybe they say neither one of them are probably going to marry anyone else, so why not make it official that they are a (platonic) pair. (I don't care what you do with Mary in this scenario.)

But overall, their lives don't change at all. Still separate bedrooms. No kissing the groom at the registrar's office. No changing of last name. You get the idea.

Bonus +1: Someone unexpected (Mycroft? Donovan?) thinks it's a brilliant idea.

Bonus +5: "Three Continents" Watson finds a way to use his new status to pick up women.

Bonus +10,000 and I will name my puppy after you: Sherlock finds a way to use this to pick up women!

OP, I'm back with my best attempt. I elected to use Lestrade rather than Sarah and the surgery (too much medical equipment and knowledge for me to wrangle with another doc in play), and I didn't get the bonus, but I hope you enjoy this anyway!

I would love to see a dark sherlock realizing that FemJohn is leaving him for malemary (can be omegaverse if you want or gender bent) and as a result Sherlock starts planning. After all! He'd be lost without his blogger!

Anyway, so Sherlock starts taking advantage of the accepting fiancé but starts making it to where they fight and Sherlock is there to comfort. Convenient, eh? Then Sherlock moves it to the next stage...sex. John then starts freaking out and is considering leaving so Sherlock figures there's only one possibility to guarantee that John will not be able to leave easily. If John became pregnant then he/she would stay for the baby. After all, John could never afford to win a custody battle nor would he/she want to leave the child with sherlock. Sherlock changes the birth control pills and ensures the condoms are faulty to ensure conception. Sherlock is soon overjoyed that John is pregnant and really enjoys the sight of the changes that happen.

I miss good, interesting case!fics that keep you on the edge of your seat. :'(

Mycroft wasn't joking, saying that sexual stuff alarms Sherlock. And Sherlock wasn't joking about not being interested in any kind of relationships, that 'alone protects him', and so on.

John is an exception, since Sherlock considers him his only friend and is quite attached to him. Unfortunately, since John got married (nobody knows how hard it was for Sherlock to be his Best Man with all those people there. If it wasn't for the case...) Sherlock can't always avoid other people when he meets John. John and Mary have got mutual friends now, after all (maybe Mary likes guests and invites them pretty often). So some of those people start to seriously annoy Sherlock. Some talk about sex or make sex jokes, which makes Sherlock uncomfortable. Some talk about their families; wives, husbands, kids, and Sherlock couldn't be more disinterested. He's only there, because it's expected of him and he misses John.

Some believe that, just like John, Sherlock absolutely must find someone. They try to set him up with somebody. Sherlock is annoyed and shows his absolute worst demeanour when such things happen. Maybe there's somebody who, sort of, starts harassing him and thinks Sherlock should just 'open up', 'give it a try', 'relax' and so on, which, of course, they want to 'help' him with. Maybe some people even expect it to work and gossip about it even though there's absolutely nothing between that person and Sherlock.

One day Sherlock just can't take it any longer. All those talks, people annoying him, making sexual innuendos, that one person who keeps asking him out... So he freaks out really badly and has a breakdown on public.

John takes care of him afterwards and makes sure Sherlock doesn't ever have to 'socialise' again (maybe it was Mary's idea in the first place, so that Sherlock wouldn't be lonely with the lack of John in his life, but John was sceptical from the start). He prefers to spend more time with Sherlock alone anyway, so he makes serious adjustments in his family life.

I'd prefer Sherlock having feelings for John, and John means more than a friend to him, which is a unique situation for Sherlock, but he knows he wouldn't be able to have a relationship with John.

I NEED THIS LIKE AIR! Please!

I'd love to see more Dog John fics! Whether he's a dog permanently or can become human or even if he was originally human, anything like that would be awesome.

Sorry for double post, it didn't show up so I thought it didn't go through, oops!

Omegas or Alphas are extremely rare. Maybe both Alphas and Omegas are rare. But Omega!Sherlock and Alpha!John meet each other and, eventually, bond.

One day they have a complicated case and need Irene's help (for example, important information only she can give them). Irene can be a Beta (if Alphas are too rare) or an Alpha. But, please, even if both John and Irene are Alphas, they aren't arseholes to each other because of Sherlock; Irene respects Sherlock's bond, even if she can tease somehow, and John trusts his mate and doesn't treat him as property.

Irene is ready to help with their case, but she has a condition. She wants to watch an Alpha/Omega sex, while an Omega is in heat and then gets knotted by his Alpha. Since at least one of those secondary genders is extremely rare, such type of sex is even more rare and hardly something you can witness in your entire life even if people have a good idea of what happens between the two. Irene is curious about sexual things she hasn't seen before.

John and Sherlock are desperate for her help, so (maybe with quite a bit of initial reluctance) they agree.

When Sherlock goes into heat, John takes care of him, while Irene is sitting in a comfortable armchair watching the two of them. Maybe she's secretly recording it, it's up to you.

Maybe she even spends the entire heat with them (a couple of days?), but takes a break when they do or when they fall asleep only to come back and keep watching.

Everyone gets what they want.

John returns from Afghanistan desperately missing the action. Instead of meeting Sherlock to alleviate his boredom he was forced to find his own methods. Doctors know how to heal, but they also know how to take apart.
John kills as his own brand of justice, slash or no slash, John smart enough not to get caught immediately. No Evil!John and no Enemy!John (Sherlock and John should never hurt each other purposefully D: )

Ps. When I say 'own brand of justice' I mean people he feels justified in killing such as criminals.
Obviously it should not be immediately identifiable by the police and Sherlock should have to do a bit of digging to find this out.

Post s3, and after Mary dies/leaves/disappears/gets mycrofted/etc, John and Sherlock finally get together.

But John's marriage and Sherlock's relationship with Janine convinced everyone (Molly, Mrs Hudson, Lestrade and his crew... probably not Mycroft) that they are in fact totally straight, and longing stares, casual touching, lack of respect for personal space and willingness to do pretty much anything for each other are just how they express their 100% NO HOMO friendship. So if John and Sherlock seem even closer than before, it just because they're glad that the whole Moriarty/Magnussen/Mary mess is over, right?? They're straight after all! What else could it be!

At first John and Sherlock are a bit annoyed that nobody seems to notice the change in their relationship, but then they decide to test just how far they can go with PDA, declarations of love and other couple-y behavior before everyone realizes that there is in fact a lot of homo involved.
