When John and Sherlock are arrested on stag night, the police try to put them in different cells. In drunk!Sherlock's mind this separation basically triggers all his repressed feelings of desperation and heartbreak about how he's losing John to marriage. So it's not so much cute as incredibly intense and a little bit scary when Sherlock starts refusing to let the cops separate them. Because he's very drunk and things escalate fast and soon he basically disintegrates into feral/childlike behavior: clinging to John, screaming at anyone who comes close, mumbling and stuttering nonsensically, and basically having a panic attack.

Any fills are welcome to build as much (or little) on this as they want.

+ In my headcanon of this scene, the police eventually succeed in separating them, and John has to listen to Sherlock screaming and sobbing brokenly as they carry him away down the hall. And that's when John - sober in a damn hurry - realizes he can't get married, because obviously Sherlock has a fuckton of feelings for John that John never realized, and even just listening to Sherlock scream like that made John feel sick and heartbroken. He is wholly incapable of causing Sherlock to suffer like that ever again.

But whatever the filler wants is totally cool, this is just one idea.
