Sherlock and John go to see the Hobbit and Sherlock can't help but notice that Bilbo looks a lot like John. Even though he teases John about it, Sherlock can't help but imagine that it's John going through all those adventures and it's sort of a turn on. When they go home that night and have sex, Sherlock accidentally calls John "Bilbo".
