Sherlock's kidnapped by someone or some group. He's raped and tortured and he can't escape. After a while of following the story in the news and realizing that Sherlock's no breaking out, Moriarty decides to help his favorite enemy out. When he deduces where Sherlock is, he's horrified to find out what they did to Sherlock. After all, Moriarty's archenemy deserves a bit more respect. So, he kills the kidnappers. However, instead of sending Sherlock home, Jim decides that the Detective needs some pampering after what he's been through. So, Moriarty sees to it that every need and desire of Sherlock's (other than going home) is met. This includes things that Moriarty knows Sherlock wants, even if Sherlock doesn't realize it. Like bubble baths and omelets made by professional chefs and foot massages, etc.
