there is a legendary secret website or number that only works after midnight where one can have someone dead, suicide to look like a murder or accident viceversa, simply disappear,bring someone back to life, search for someone,heal illness, black market things, or other request.
It's an elaborate program that talks by chat or artificial voice on phone to its 'clients'and cannot be traced.(like at the end of the blind banker.) Or when the client calls or logs in Moriarty appears to them in westwood and disappears after transaction and the client gets a spider or web or fly or other mark on their bodies or get something depending on the transaction. Or Moriarty just knows and comes to them.
Mycroft tried to remove it once but had everything he had hacked and virus that can't be removed or the whole government threatened so the british government backed off and let him be and sometimes have contracts or tandems with them.
Sherlock is trying to solve/put an end to Moriarty and actually has a mark/object of his own or has once been a 'client' but Moriarty refused him and will only grant sherlock his want if sherlock 'play' with him or entertain him so he wont put up his 'business'
their latest game is John.
cue: "I'll burn the heart out of you" Sherlock's contract with Jim was to not feel anymore but his plea was rejected. Now, at last, his wish is coming true but this time he'll do anything to stop it from happening.
