How would you feel about a fill to this where the BDSM is abundant, but Mycroft is either asexual or specifically doesn't have sex with them/with Sherlock? (I was thinking of an idea where Mycroft started topping Sherlock when they discovered he has that need, but without sex, and Sherlock associates sex with vanilla, so when John comes into the picture he gets best of both worlds.)
