Victor Trevor, Sherlock's old uni friend, is blind (how they met: Victor's seeing eye dog bit Sherlock and they started a weird friendship after that). I'd love to see Sherlock being caring to Victor and helps him around when his dog or something goes missing.

Bonus points: if you add the reaction of the Yarders and/or John when they see how Victor and Sherlock interact.
