John has sore throat and Sherlock researches that tea and honey are recommended so he gives John breakfast in bed (MrsHudson?) dressed in his usual bedsheet, tells John about the tea and honey...so there's tea on John's tray but no honey, John ask where's the honey then Sherlock removes his sheet,says 'right here' then squeeze/pour honey all over himself...
