I've seen tons of fics where they have to choose: have sex with each other or be raped by ther abductor and they choose each other.
I want a fic where John just CAN'T hurt Sherlock and hates himself for it, but chooses to let the other guy (moriarty or just some random criminal) do it.
After the rapist is gone, John tries to comfort and apologize, but Sherlock is inconsolable and ashamed and won't let John touch him.
The problem is: Sherlock thinks that he is so repulsing to John, he wouldn't even have sex with him to save him from being raped.
If you could add a happy end, I'd be very happy
