I don't even care how you do this, I just want to read it!

Before faking his death Sherlock had had a family, which was John and their child. Sherlock had been pregnant with this child, so he's his or her mother (omegaverse with Omega!Sherlock is perfectly fine, but I'm okay if it's not an A/B/O verse, just MPreg). The child was about 5 y.o. when Sherlock had to "die".

So, after those two years away Sherlock comes back... and nobody wants him anymore. John's going to marry Mary and is furious at Sherlock, and the child who's 7-8 y.o. can't stand his or her suddenly returned mother either. He or she even starts calling Mary "Mother", not because he or she likes her (maybe he/she doesn't like Mary, too), but just because he/she wants to hurt Sherlock as much as possible.

A great deal of heartbreak, please. Happy ending or not is up to you, but I'd love it not to be easy for Sherlock to get his family back anyway. It's okay if he even contemplates actual suicide or/and comes back to drugs and has a mental breakdown.

Sherlock wakes up with something or someone buried in his ass.

Sherlock is face down, the room is not well lit and Sherlock doesn't want to know who put him in this situation so he refrains from trying to figure it out/twisting around to look etc.

If it was previously discussed, Sherlock knows it's john but at the same time he doesn't want to double check because WHAT IF?!

The man goes to mycroft and strikes a deal, he will make all the problems disappear, let everything drop if Mycroft agrees to let him have Sherlock for a night. Mycroft agrees at the last moment and terrible things come to a halt, disappear etc. Sherlock doesn't know about this and just assumes he let his guard down, let his ego grow, and was blinded by interest to see the sexual predator this man is. Sherlock blames himself. Mycoft doesn't actually know if anything happened other than the fact he agreed. Sherlock claims nothing out of the ordinary happened.

Now, Lestrade somehow finds undeniable evidence by chance and finally Mycroft has confirmation it did indeed happen and is heartbroken. Sherlock takes his reaction as rejection and disgust that Sherlock "let It happen" like that and desperately tries to tell Mycroft that it wasn't his choice, that man made him do it.

Eventually the truth comes out and Sherlock cannot believe his older brother used him like that. He rejects Mycroft and turns to Lestrade as a surrogate big brother. There's a rift between Lestrade and Mycroft too. Maybe Lestrade moves out for a while and takes a break from their relationship.

Molly is in love with Sherlock and always had been. Sherlock knows this and disregards it because feelings are a chemical defect on the losing side. Enter Dr. John "Three Continents" Watson, Sherlock's new flatmate who IS interested in flirting and something more with Molly Hooper, Pathologist.

"You don't mind if I ask her out?"

For some reason, maybe to protect himself against sensory overload or so, Sherlock retreats to his mindpalace.
