GUIDELINES

Anon posting is not required, but most definitely allowed. If you think you recognise an anon, keep it to yourself and don’t out them. IP tracking is off, and will remain that way.

Multiple fills are encouraged, and all kinds of fills are accepted! Fic, art, vids, cosplay, interpretive dance — whatever. Go wild! :D

Don’t reprompt until TWO parts after the last posting of the prompt.

RPF (real person fic, i.e. fic involving the actors themselves) is not supported at this meme.

Concrit is welcome, but kinkshaming, hijacking, and flaming are not tolerated.

OP - I honestly don't know about Mary. I don't like it when she's completely villanised, but I also don't think her actions are excusable. I think Sherlock trusts her not to hurt John, and I don't want him to be wrong about that. I don't think Mary is completely heartless and in my headcanon she really wants to be the person she presents herself as in TEH and TSoT, but she's not able to do it. She loves John in her way, so Sherlock trusts her as far as John is concerned, but not really in any other respect. I don't think he would encourage John to stay with her if he thought there was the tiniest possibility she could hurt him.

Did that make any sense? In any case, you don't have to stick to it. Write what works for you, I'll be happy for any kind of fill!

OP again - Maybe I should add that I'd prefer if it didn't end with the three of them working out the issues and actually going through with the threesome. I'd love a Johnlock ending, but them agreeing that threesomes are a bad idea and John staying with Mary or something along those lines would be okay too.

Authoranon here: when you say Johnlock ending, do you mean they ditch the threesome idea, but Mary is ok with Sherlock/John?

I am feeling ambitious. I'm going to try to write three separate stories, a nice repentant Mary who Sherlock just can't quite let go around though he has essentially forgiven her; a Mary who Sherlock can't trust but is staying there because John feels obligated with his child and neither John nor Sherlock know what she might do; and a Mary where John and Sherlock are biding their time until she can be safely removed from their lives and they both are fully aware of this (but not Mary).
Might be fun to play with my own, sometimes conflicting, headcanons.

Yes that's what I meant. The way I imagined it John would be much less likely to stay with her if he saw that deep down Sherlock is not as okay with what happened as he'd like to pretend.

I would love to read a sad story from Mycroft's POV. Nobody except for Mycroft sees how deeply and unhappily in love Sherlock is with John Watson. Everybody believes masks he wears to hide his true emotions. But Mycroft sees Sherlock slowly falling apart and having a severe case of depression for a very long time, even if it's not obvious at all, it's there and it's bad. Mycroft sees what John's relationships with others do to his little brother.

I don't mind if the ending is good (requited John/Sherlock and possibly Mycroft invited to their wedding) or bad (even if it's very bad), but I wouldn't want anything in between (such as Sherlock falling out of love :-/ ).

I love this idea, and hope that someone fills it. Seconded!

Fem!Sherlock deduces that fem!John has a thing for big breasts. Sherlock is extremely flat-chested, so she begins stuffing her bra and/or using whatever other tricks she can to make her breasts look bigger, in the hopes of getting John interested in her.

In some embarrassingly public manner, Sherlock's efforts are accidentally revealed to John and the Yarders. Maybe her falsies fall out at a crime scene? Sherlock is humiliated and the Yarders are gleeful.

John and Sherlock have a talk and it turns Sherlock didn't have anything to worry about. John already thinks Sherlock's the most beautiful woman she's ever known.

Either as part of sexy sub funtimes, or maybe a nefarious bad-guy being unexpectedly imaginative, I would like to see Sherlock restrained not by his wrists or ankles but by his balls. eg, a testicle cuff, chastity cage or humbler keeping him hobbled to a static point.

I mean, you could incapacitate his hands to stop him fiddling with it/picking locks or whatever, but that should not be the primary point of restraint.

"I've seen the way he watches you, you know. And besides, aren't you the least bit... curious about him? He seems so shy, but at the same time he seems like he'd have no inhibitions."

John spat into the sink. "You're really interested in this."

"Well, I wouldn't mind having two attractive men sharing my bed, no. Why don't you sleep on it?"

"He's going to look you up and down like a dodgy piece of fish, and then he's going to say no, and throw every insult in the rather huge book at you. You want to ask him? Go ahead. I'm positive he's not going to do it."

"What?"

Sherlock braced himself. Mary at 221B without John. This did not bode well for anyone. For him especially. Any time he and Mary have been alone, it was in the context of intimidation. Not that he expected her to do that anymore, of course. Magnussen had been, dealt with. The threat removed. Mary should be safe as houses. But still, something in his gut clenched seeing her like this, alone.

"Sherlock, at our wedding, on the dance floor... well, there are limits to what we can do in public, but there are no limits to what we can do in private. I know you are interested. Care to join us? Tonight?"

"You've already spoken to John?... of course you have. And he wouldn't ask me himself."

"He's afraid you'd say no. I said I'd ask for us. And your answer?"

Sherlock paced the room, furious at himself. So fucking selfish.

He'd sorted through half-a-dozen scenarios before answering, from this as Mary's preemptive strike against John's probable bisexuality to Mary being sexually attracted to him and trying to arrange a way that wouldn't qualify as 'cheating', and none of them seemed to fit. A reconciliation gift? I'm sorry I killed you, let's have make up sex?

The thing was, it didn't even matter. Barely three seconds and you'd said yes, Sherlock. Have you no shame? Have you no pride?

It couldn't have been John's idea, could it? No, John would never think he was interested, yet, Mary knew he would be. Mary knew about his feelings for John. Well, if there was any possible way she didn't know, she knew now.

Sherlock spends days suffering from anxiety and panic about the impending doom that is sex. He tells John that he can't do it because anything that painful is so traumatic that he cannot possibly force himself or anyone else to experience it.

John shows shows Sherlock otherwise.

I'm perfectly okay with whatever you come up with. I'm aware that in real life such unusual genitalia are normally underdeveloped and not functional for having children and some other things. I'm okay with both realism and fiction, so I don't want to tie your hands with anything. :) And I don't really have any suggestions except for those in the prompt. Maybe Sherlock has got a hymen? Maybe he's really insecure?

I really hope you're going to write it! I'd be so excited to read.

(I definitely like that in everything else except for his genitalia you see Sherlock as a male. And well-endowed John is my kink ;). And I love medical fics, too).
