Sherlock suffers a severe head injury during a case, resulting in brain damage that leaves him unable to fend for himself. While John is perfectly content to take up the position of caregiver, he’s not the only one who wants to assume that role. Mycroft Holmes is determined to take possession of his now-helpless baby brother, and has the money and power and political influence to easily do so. What does John have to counter all that?
