Hurt hurt John and really caring Sherlock

I want something where John is hurt/sick/whatever and he needs Sherlock to help him with everyday tasks, especially feeding, dressing and bathing

Bonus if Lestrade or someone comes in while Sherlock is feeding John and John gets really embarrassed.
