I don't knooow these things, university

I'm applying to study at university as a mature student starting next September. On the forms, one of the questions is along the lines of: do you have any learning difficulties or disabilities? What additional help will you require?

I don't even know how to start answering the second question! I have quite severe dyspraxia but it was only diagnosed as an adult due to difficulties I was having at work. I never received help for it at school and was instead thought of as the weird quirky kid with bad handwriting who never handed her homework in on time. I have a lot of difficulties with planning, timekeeping and memory, as well as the more obvious difficulties such as coordination, terrible spatial awareness, etc. Now, unless they're expecting me to catch balls in class, the spatial awareness thing shouldn't be a problem. But how do you help someone who has no practical awareness of how long ten minutes is? Who is continually either far too early or too late for things because she can't tell if she has time to tidy the house before leaving? Who can't remember where she left her notes, and can't read them when she's found them?

I wish they knew how to help me because I've got no idea.
